We are writing today in response to your complaint involving the monthly service charge for your checking account with us.
In September 2014, we mailed a notice to inform you that we would have to change your Free Blue account to Basic Blue if you did not access your e-Statements in 30 days. The notice explained the action we needed you to take to avoid the change and ** monthly service charge for the Basic Blue account. A notice was sent to you in October as a reminder.
Your Free Blue account was changed to Basic Blue in November 2014 because we had no record you had access to you e-Statements. After learning of your circumstances, we have refunded all of the service charges. We have also closed your account per your request.
All of us at Arvest Bank want to thank your for your military service, and the sacrifices you have made to defend our country and freedom. Please let us know should you need any further assistance.
