Review: This is a tax place...where there is not any privacy and there are young people who have access to social security numbers and other personal information, while the OWNER and other staff are not around. Furthermore, I have called on many occassions to obtain information that should have been given to me, but I was given the run around, due the owner NEVER BEING AVAILABLE and other STAFF being out at the same time or on the same day...FREQUENTLY. I have gone to the [redacted], but they say the information I am request...I should see my TAX PREPARER for. Also, due to an error on their behalf, my brother owes the [redacted] thousands of dollars HE NEVER RECEIVED. And when we asked the worker at United she looked at us like...as if we recieved the money and were being dishonest. And told us that the ONLY time this happens is if he received the money.Desired Settlement: For them to become an HONEST tax place or just leave the neighborhood. And/or the truth about what is going on.

Review: I filed my taxes with this place of business, and I made a payment of 70 dollars on Feb.**,2013 to have my taxes prepared by "[redacted] ",which is who I requested to prepare my paperwork to avoid any errors, but instead his employee "[redacted]" prepared my taxes and committed an error on my daughters DOB , which caused my NYS tax return to be rejected on Feb.**,2013. When I called the state two months later after not receiving any return, they informed me that my return was rejected because of the tax preparers error . I called "[redacted]" to ask him why was my paperwork not re-efiled, and instead got his secretary "[redacted]" on the phone, get on the defensive and be very rude towards me. After numerous attempts to reach out to him, he doesn't return or answer my calls. My taxes were never refiled, and I haven't been able to file it with another agency because they refuse to give me the paperwork. I would like a COMPLETE refund of the payment to file my taxes with this individual, and would like to take legal action against them.Desired Settlement: I want a complete refund of the tax preparing fee.
