this company is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with!!! I talked to them on Friday and they set up my installation for the following Tuesday, on Monday the installer called to remind me that he would be there the next dayon Tuesday he called me to tell me that he would only be able to hook up my internet because he doesn't know how to hook up the dish and the guy training him is at a seminar after going round and round with the company because I can't take another vacation day from work, they finally decided they could hook it up on a Saturday but I have to wait another two weeks they said they could still hook up my wifi today so I told them to go ahead with that, when the man came and hooked up my internet I was told I could only use it if it was direct wired because he forgot the routerso after dealing with this company all day, I have internet that I can't use as wifi and I have to wait two weeks for my dish hook upif I didn't live in the country and this was my only option I would not use them but I don't have any other choice I would not suggest any one do business with this company!!
