I am rejecting this response because:
There is still an ongoing issue with the double gates. As the technician explained while there to perform the original repairs, only one side of the double gate is level. To level the other gate, an entire section of fence would need to be removed and every post reset. The company tried to avoid the extra effort, which I was ok with as long as the final outcome was good, however the result is not good and I would like the gate/fence repaired as it should have been installed correctly from the beginning
