My central air went out on 6/12/2015. Called Braun Heating & Air on 6/13/2015 late in the afternoon. Service rep([redacted]) came out on 6/14/2015. [redacted] gave me an estimate the same day for a new unit and for a larger air return from my furnace and moving a air return from floor level up next to the ceiling. After agreeing to the estimate,[redacted] said he could install it on 6/15/2015 at 9 am (he came at 8). When I left my house for work at 5:30 am it was 85 degrees inside my house. When I got home at 4:30pm, it was75 degrees. My house has never cooled down that quickly. Even my 2nd floor that has always struggled to stay cool was now cool. I am getting twice the air flow because of the larger return and duct work. Braun will show up at the time that they tell you,if not sooner. For excellent service,quality work and honesty,I highly recommend Braun Heating & Air.
