My name is Terry B [redacted] I communicated with Adamson Ford for about weeks planning a day to bring my Fin for service 12/19/I had my truck in for oil cooling system repair For days they were waiting on parts with no communication if I didn't call to check the progress all the time I'm doing my best to get a ride to work I was told it's a one day job They finial gave me a rental at the end of the week On 12/27/I get a call saying the cause of the white smoke from my truck is my water pump needed changing it was put on wrong and I really need to get it changed so I asked how much I was told $so I said change it when I got to pay for the service I as told it's $and I told him Jay that's not what he had said I didn't want no problems I needed to get back to work so my bill is $the parts for my oil cooler was $I was told by Randy that was in service so over $for a one day job that took over days How much is service per hour that's listed in the service manual Now days after I get my truck and all I've done is drive to and from work it's doing the same exact thing, they did another check on my truck on Monday Jan 9, and they came up with a $repair for my EGR repair but there is not change from what it was doing before the $change I ask for the bad water pump and they can't produce it for inspection!!! This has been an exhausting and devastating experience with no relief in view This company has put me into a financial nightmare with there high rate and poor workmanshipwhen a customer enters the door at Adamson Ford the automobile is running the same or worse when it's returned to the customer and the customers Bank account is in the negative I will never take my truck or car there ever again and I'll let anyone I encounter know to not take their auto there either Adamson Ford is a rip off and if this is what I can expect from Ford Motor and Ford Product then I'll never buy another Ford or anything that's associated or have the Ford Logo My phone number is [redacted] if you like to contact me
