Absolutely horrible experience and complete waste of time.
Was referred and called Bo for work in Sept. It took him 4 weeks to finally keep an appointment.
He set an appointment for some of his workers to come out that Friday.
No one showed and no one called. Totally unprofessional.
Two weeks went by and no call or follow-uo.
The third week, I called Bo again . He showed up like he had no idea that there was a job here, and thought it was a new assignment.
Once he arrived, he realized it was a job he already quoted and agreed to do.
Starting giving me excused like his truck broke down, and I thought, did that prevent your phone from working. Also It wasn't HIM that was going to do the work but his crew. The entire crew all had their trucks and phones all break down the same day, and all trucks and phones not working for 2 weeks? Total B/s. I only considered trying again , because a long term friend referred him. You think he would have put extra effort, right? Wrong.
Then he went on to say that he had no idea that the workers didn't show. How can you own a company and have NO idea that your workers didn't show or even complete a job?
He rescheduled the work for the next week.
A guy from his company came out the next day. looked at the job. His crew member said a truck would be out the next morning. Once again they didn't show and didn't call. In 2 weeks there was no correspondence or apology.
I wasted 6 weeks of my time on an incompetent company - they did nothing. Do not waste your time.
