Bo's Nail Spa

On 3/7/2020 I visit this place for the first time. The lady who claimed to be the owner was very rude, argumentative and unprofessional. When she got ready to Gel Polish my nails she told me to pay (before completing my services). I told her I will when she was done--as I had just witnessed with the previous customer. She told me I had to pay then because I was new to her--she did not know me and that I could run off. I was livid and appalled to hear this! When I questioned why she would say something like that she and a guy began arguing with me that it's her shop she can do what she wants etc. She stopped mid service (after I paid) and had a guy polish my nails. I did not recognize a license for him to conduct the service nor did the polish complete my manicure. My nails looked horrible. I have contact information for an eye witness to what I experienced. They do not soak the tools/instruments in a sanitized container. I want my money back.
