This company essentially ate my money. I've send several emails inquiring on shipping information, and I am simply greeted by an automated email that is useless. I have asked for a refund, but no response has been sent. All I want is a refund, because I have been waiting for three months and nothing has been resolved.

I purchased 2 dresses from Boho Factory, the-boho-shop.com these items came but were see through and I could not wear them and wanted to return them. I contacted customer support because they do not have an easy return option but the policy says that you can return within 15 days of getting the items. They responded and gave me difficulty with needing pictures which does not make any sense because clearly only line they except returns. I sent pictures anyways and this was 3 days ago and I still have not gotten any information about returning the items. I feel like they are delaying so I cannot get my money back. My order number is *** and it was $68.98

The dresses are of poor quality. The material is so thin you can see through the material. They also have horrible customer service. The phone number they provide no one answers and you are forced to email them. I wanted to exchange the dresses I ordered for a smaller size bc their sizing chart did not match up with the dresses delivered. They offered to send me new dresses but wanted me to pay an additionally $50 in shipping. How is shipping $50? The package maybe weighed 5 lbs. In addition to all this, they advertise free shipping and free returns on their website, but then in the fine print have a return policy that does not allow returns of sale items. Every item on their website is on sale, so there are no free returns. This company has terrible business practices.

This company is false advertising, first off. The clothes pictured on the website do not look or have the quality advertised on the website. Customer service provides a phone number, but any time of day you call, it says “all representatives are busy with other callers” and tells you to email them. I have communicated back and forth with an agent by email since the day I received my items, said I was dissatisfied with the quality and would like to initiate return and asked for return address (return procedure was NOT clearly listed on website. Only stated you have 15 days to return). The agent continued to ask me questions and tried to provide me with coupons instead of helping me with return, almost as if they were automated replies. In each of my 6 emails, I asked for return address. Each response, she ignores that question and proceeds to waste more time asking me about the product. This company is a complete scam and should be shut down.

Recently purchased 2 dresses from this business. When I received the items they did not look like the item pictured. I have contacted the company informing them that I would like a refund due to the fact that what was pictured does not match what I received. I even checked the description of said items and it did not state that the item that is missing was not included.

The merchandise purchased was not what was pictured.

Tried to cancel order immediately after purchasing. Phone number is not working. Tried emailing them with no response either. Looking for assistance with getting my money back. I have not received their product and don’t have any interest due to horrible reviews and problem with their business reputation.

Terrible Customer Service! I ordered $50 worth from this company the beginning of May 2019 and here it is the end of May and still no order has arrived. I have emailed this company twice and I still have not heard back from anyone. I feel Like I have been scammed. Unfortunately after I had already placed my order, I read other people’s reviews and they all say the same thing. How is this company still legally in business????? Horrible! I hope I can get my money back.

I have proof of an email trail that I can submit if requested to show all the conversations I had with this business. These emails show how I continuously asked for over 1 week for this company to send me their return address. Their emails insisted that I kept the item or to order something else which pretty much negated my right to return the item. After continuously insisting for the return address the company finally sent a link that had a return policy and an address at the bottom. I took a picture of the address and emailed it to them to verify that I was going to ship the item to that address. Well the response I received was the same that they were going to send me a new item. In other words never mentioned in the email that the address on their website is not the return address they provided me on that link. I sent them a tracking number like they request on their return policy and all the information required, for them to send me an email today saying, "Unfortunately, that is not our return address. So we might not received the items that you sent. I'm sorry about that and we do apologize for the inconvenience.". What type of customer service is this? They negate me the right to return an item, even though they have a return policy in place, and I have to chase them to get the wrong return address. Businesses should not be allow to treat customers in this manner and get away with scamming customers.

They are advertising and selling merchandise that is nothing like the pictures. You would typically get this type of product if you were ordering from another country but they advertise to be an American company. When we received 3 dresses which were $40 each the product was so bad I thought the material would rip just from trying them on. We asked for a refund and we would ship the dresses back and they say no refund will be given even though they don’t advertise all sales are final. They will delete any negativity online that is said to warn other consumers so I had no other choice to complain here.

This company is stealing pictures from other websites for clothing and trying to pass them off as their own… They are selling dresses for $40 and will send you a paper hospital gown and when you request your money back they delete and block you from their website and their Facebook page… They refused to let me rate them so others can not be ripped off

I made three separate purchases on their website *** Initially the website had their location as being in California. As of today it is now supposedly located out of Southfield Michigan. This raises a red flag. The purchases were made on March 4, 2019. After a week of not receiving any tracking information or that my purchase had been shipped I reached out to the company via email. They told me that my order had already been shipped and they could not supply a refund. The first email they sent to me did not include any tracking information or proof that my orders have been shipped at all. I emailed them back demanding a refund and discovered that the items were not it all made or shipped in the US as indicated on their website. Instead my order is apparently being shipped from China. The most recent email they sent me once again stated that my order had been shipped and they could not give me a refund. This time they provided me with one single tracking number. The information states that “originating post is preparing to dispatch mail piece” as of March 16, 2019. This was over a week after the first email I sent them asking for a refund. They lied to me stating my items had already been shipped when in fact they hadn’t according to the tracking information they provided me. There is no phone number available to call and as mentioned before, their address continues to change online. This is clearly a business scam and this business needs to refund my money for each of the three transactions I made. According to reviews this business continues to scam people and slightly change their name as to not get caught.

I tried to contact them to cancel my order before it has been shipped. The only way they give you to contact them is through e mail. They are not responding back. I do not want the order because of all the bad reviews I have read. I would like a full refund before the order ships.

I ordered 2 necklaces from the business and they arrived broken. Tried contacting NUMEROUS times and they won’t respond. Their business is based in Ohio, USA but apparently ship products from China. Very sketchy. I want a refund.

This company is stating it is an American company, using an American address and charging in Dollars when in fact it is from China. I ordered two items one of which I didn't get at all and the other was a piece of rubbish. They are using different photos on their website of clothing that looks good but then actually isn't that at all. When I contacted them about not receiving one of the items at all, they have just ignored my emails. I also told them the item I did receive was of extremely poor quality and something I could of bought at my local market for £2.99, I paid nearly $50 for the two pieces. They do not have a refund policy.
