We recently repaired a car for complainant’s daughter and we are working with her and the insurance company to resolve this issue OEM parts were purchased and installed There were only a couple of aftermarket parts purchased and installed because that is what we were paid to do The vehicle was repaired to the specifications on the estimate When the car was towed to the dealer they found nothing other than the original complaint Now the car is at another shop for inspection and they will not find we installed any aftermarket parts that were not listed on the estimate We offered to buy the car to keep our customer happy and they declined Any issues should have been addressed by our shop as all of our work is guaranteed and we do not want any unhappy customers As far as our shop and the insurance company being “in this together” is completely false There is a set fee of labor charges that do not differ from job to job We have every receipt for all parts purchased One insurance company cannot over charge the other as everything is documented in pictures and writing All of this extra work is being done at our expense, not the customers We are also paying for a rental car and did not receive the deductible We are doing our best do resolve this issue as soon as possible

This matter has been blown way out of proportion. My work is 100% guaranteed. If there is a problem, I am just a phone call
away. I have been more than generous and
cooperative in trying to resolve this matter.
The car was fixed to the estimate specifications provided by their
insurance company.
The insurance company has agreed to pay us to change the
bumper cover and other repairs complained of and I am willing and was always
willing to fix any problems he or my customer had with the job. I told *** I would buy the car from his
daughter a long time ago and he declined Now he is willing to accept my offer to purchase
the car after I have been paying for a rental car all this time and the $
deductible has not been paid. I believe I have been more than fair
I can’t stress the point enough that there were no parts put
on the car other than what was specified on the original estimate and I never
tried to avoid any problems he had and I am still willing to resolve any issues
he has even though he is a third party to this matter and does not own the
vehicle.
I would be more than happy to meet with him and his daughter
at any time to discuss what more I can do for either one of them.

false. There is a set fee of labor
