When *** *** had a problem he believed that should be covered under warranty repair he did not give the dealership an opportunity to diagnose or repair. *** *** attempted repairs of his motorcycle andwe were brought the motorcycle mid-way into his own attempt
atdiagnosis and repair. We could not submit a manufacturer’s warranty claim in good conscience without being able to verify with absolute certainty the pre-disassembled condition of the parts or fluid levelsUnfortunately we were not given an opportunity in this case to very the claim of no fluid, diagnose any problems and get them repaired and covered by factory warranty if applicable We have picked up customer’s motorcycles from their homes, their workplace, parking lots and the side of the road to get their mechanical problems remedied. Unfortunately we were not given an opportunity to diagnose or repair

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I was told that the warranty wouldn't cover my repairs regardless if I would have had them pick up the bike, had a friend deliver the bike to them, or worked on the bike myselfI was told that repairs were not covered by warranty because of a LACK of service recordsWhen I told them that I had receipts for all fluids purchased for my bike, I was told that I am NOT a certified mechanicI am not satisfied with the answers and statements being told to me in regards to this complaint; however, I consider the situation a moot point and therefore will pursue no further action on the matterMy business will now go to competitors
