I typed for 30 minutes last night. It didn't do any good. So I will make this short. Because of my lack of knowledge about car buying, back in Feb: I let this company talk me into trading a 2010 vehicle in for a 2005 because they convinced me that it was a better car. I did not like it the day after I bought it, and I really don't like it now. They were aware of my low credit rating and income at that time. But they sold me the car for over $3,000 more than its value. Now I am stuck with it and they won't do anything to help me. They say that as soon as they find a car that I like and is in my payment range, they will work out a trade with me. I don't believe anything they say. I can't trade it in because other dealers say something about the equity. I have to pay the bank over $9,000 for car valued at 6 or 7 thousand dollars. I have found out through emails I have received that [redacted] has had law suits before for this type of business behavior. I hope no one else falls into the same trap I did.
