I have talked to everyone in service that answers the phones, no one remembers talking to Mr. [redacted].  We all know warranty coverage on Ford vehicles.  We have no reason to tell him he had no warranty for it is work for our shop, the vehicle was brought in not running.  We went to jump...

start the vehicle because it would not start lifted the hood and  half the engine is missing.  I have attached a picture of this.  Technicians do not like to work behind other technicians in our shop, let alone from somewhere else.  We have no idea what this other shop has done to the vehicle or what is even truly wrong with it.  If I contacted Ford about this situation, they would void his warranty.
