In April a man came to the motel and booked all rooms from July 5-We explained to this man about our hour cancellation policy and it was very clear to him how important it isWe are a family owned Motel and only open seasonalJuly is a very busy month for our MotelThere fore we blocked our [redacted] .com for that period of time we also lowered our price from $to $a night and agreed to put four people in each room, we turned people away that was looking to make reservations during that timeThe man gave me his credit card information to hold the reservationOn the 5th no one showedI contacted him and he apologized up and down to me convinced me to hold the rooms and they will be here on the 9th of JulyI told him it was very important that they show up because I was losing $1,a night because these rooms stayed empty and I could have filled themOn the 9th we rented rooms to them at four people in each roomI called him again he apologized to me again and by the we would have the rooms filledAt that time again no one showedI called him and we started to get into heated conversations and things got ugly when I told him we needed to charge his CC for some of the lossHe started to threaten me telling me he was going to have people write bad reviews if I tried to get any money from himHe told me that he had people that are very intelligent with computer technology and will destroy my business on lineThere are several reviews that are very bad and untrueThese reviews are from this group of peopleThere is also pictures that are on here for viewing and the one with the broken toilet seat had a gentleman in there that was large and he broke itWe replaced it the next dayThe picture with the dog in the room is a picture of my dog ***They called my dog into their room to give her food and then took a picture of her in the roomThe picture with the empty toilet paper roll, there is a full roll on the back of the toiletIf you read all other reviews 90% of them are good, if they are bad reviews it's due to unruly guest that we may have asked to leave the MotelThere are several other reviews that are bad and they are all from this groupPLEASE NOTE: These rooms are serviced everyday and we value our guestWe want them to have a good experience when they stay with usThese reviews are very important to usThese bad reviews are hurting our business tremendouslyThank You, Jerry Rule Owner Report response as inappropriate Thank youWe appreciate your input This response is the subjective opinion of the management representative and not of [redacted] LLC

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowJerry over charged me for my roomHe owes my another $for the over charges to my room as I was unable to do a check out and was asked to leave the property Furthermore my health insurance declined replacing my destroyed medicationMy final offer to Gerry is refunds the additional overage cost of $plus towards my destroyed medication for a total of $If he fails to accept this offer I will be proceeding with my civil suit against him for the total cost of the drugs which was $the additional cost of the room which was $and $for my wife coming down to replace my medicationsThis is my final statement I have wasted enough time with this person So if you refuse see you in court Regards, [redacted]

As you can see not everyone showed, also the ones that did show and checked out was supposed to return at a later date never returned and also never called to cancelSo those rooms sat vacantSome left early and never returned their keys(Without notice) Room #pulled out maid went into the room to treat is as a maand discovered all the guest belongings were goneMaid treated Room as a checkout, they also never returned their keydays later they came back and loaded their belonging back in the roomTherefore, that room sat vacant for nights @ $a nightI am still working on pictures of the rooms and our reservation bookAny questions, please call ###-###-####Sincerely, Lenette P

The man gave me his credit card information to hold the reservation. On the 5th no one showed. I contacted him and he apologized up and down to me convinced me to hold the rooms and they will be here on the 9th of July. I told him it was very important that they show up because I was losing $1,275.00 a night because these rooms stayed empty and I could have filled them. On the 9th we rented 4 rooms to them at four people in each room. I called him again he apologized to me again and by the 11 we would have the rooms filled. At that time again no one showed. I called him and we started to get into heated conversations and things got ugly when I told him we needed to charge his CC for some of the loss. He started to threaten me telling me he was going to have people write bad reviews if I tried to get any money from him. He told me that he had 200 people that are very intelligent with computer technology and will destroy my business on line. There are several reviews that are very bad and untrue. Jerry over charged me for my room. He owes my another $75 for the over charges to my room as I was unable to do a check out and was asked to leave the property.  Furthermore my health insurance declined replacing my destroyed medication. My final offer to Gerry is refunds the additional overage cost of $75.00 plus 150 towards my destroyed medication for a total of $225.00. If he fails to accept this offer.  I will be  proceeding with my civil suit against him for the total cost of the drugs which was $300 the additional cost of the room which was $75 and $200 for my wife coming down to replace my medications. This is my final  statement  I have wasted enough time with this person.   So if you refuse see you in court.
