I am rejecting this response because:I was not made aware of any money back guarantee. I repeatedly asked if the highlights would show up later and was assured that they would. At no point was I told that if they didn't I could come back. As I stated I just want the $60 for the color portion of the services, as it was not done properlyRegards,

Unfortunately we cannot provide you with a refund due to the fact that we were not made aware that you were unhappy until after the hair was again altered.
