Review: They quoted me 2 hours of labor, the technician (who was doing this job for the first time ever, so I was paying for his training) even stated that it will only take him less than an hour to do the job. From the original quote including the parts being about $335, the final bill ended up being $551. The tech that came out stated that he would work on the bill with the boss as he self-admittedly took way too long to do the job that should have been done way faster. The boss didn't agree on the discount that should have been taken off and still charged our company $551.
Buyer beware. If you have any other choice to go with any other company, they may charge you fairly. If you have no other choice, be prepared to get ripped-off buy these guys. The owners' name is [redacted], so you know ahead of time who will be the person to rob you.Desired Settlement: We need a refund of the money that we feel we overpaid for the job. Even if we pay for the hour of work, an hour of driving back and forth and the tire, the total should be $335. We would like a credit card refund of $216.

Response:
We contacted Rusian of United States Freight Service and explained to him that Block Diesel Repair would never quote an emergency roadside repair, our rates are from time out to time back. We also explained that our technician tried to informed him that the tire was bad and should just get replaced, he still insisted on trying to repair it. The technician dismounted tire to plug and patched right rear inner trailer tire, the tire still leaked. Rusian requested a second patching of the tire so the technician dismounted tire and plug and patch for the second time the tire didn’t seal. He then dismounted again and replaced the tire with a used tire and inflated it to 100 psi. We went over the invoice [redacted] explaining our day time call out fee(service call) is $105.00, our technicians actual labor time was 4.6 hours, which is the amount of time he spent on this road call before returning back to our shop. We explained that the labor was already discounted and he was billed for only 3 of the hours at $105.00 per hour. We try hard to provide our customers with quality service at an affordable cost, so after a long conversation with Rusian we came to a mutual agreement of a $105.00 refund. Our check was printed in the amount of $105.00 and mailed to the above address.
