Blevins Tire and Recapping Co

Was recently advised by another mechanic that my brake pads needed replacement but that the rotors were all good. This particular mechanic stays very busy requiring the vehicle to be left for a few days, so I gave Blevins Tire a shot. Called them and was given estimate of $195 for all around brake pads same day. Dropped my vehicle off and was called 2 hours later and told all the rotors were also bad and couldn't be turned and the total would be $732. Told them not to touch it.. Took to another mechanic friend of the Busy mechanic who said I needed pads, and was told that my rotors were absolutely fine and all I needed was pads for $245 same day. This is an unacceptable business practice and is nothing more than lying thievery. I will never take another vehicle to Blevins and be more than glad to warn anyone else about their lying thievery.
