To Whom It May Concern, Thank you for your email received on Wednesday, April 12th, and for the opportunity for us to respond to said complaintWe (Blaze Salon) have attempted to resolve this matter both directly with *** *** *** and through the Revdex.comWhen we received, via email, the first notice from the Revdex.com were responded immediately via fax (this page fax was sent to *** *** ***' attention)Included in this fax was all correspondence regarding this matter*** *** originally reached out to us via email on Wednesday, March 15th, 2017, three weeks after she had visited our salonWe have tried to resolve this matter privately and had simply asked that *** *** return to Blaze so that the stylist and owner would have the opportunity to see firsthand the root of *** ***'s issue with the haircutAs you will observe from the attached, *** *** did become abusive in her language and it was at that point in which we asked our lawyer to become involvedHe advised us in the letter written and sent to *** *** (also attached) on Thursday, March 23rdWe are fully prepared to refund *** *** the full amount of $90.00, but in return, have asked that she meet our requirements.On March, 27th, a charge back in the amount of $was debited from the business checking accountThis $refund (the difference in cost which *** *** has noted in her correspondence) was issued without any dispute on our company's endWe have yet to receive back the signed letter which was requested and sent to *** *** on Thursday, March 23rd, 2017.At this point we feel that we have done our very best to resolve this matterWe absolutely value all of our guests and would never take a guest's issue lightlyWe are deeply saddened that *** *** has taken this routePlease do not hesitate to contact me should I be of additional assistance in any wayBest Regards, Kirsten G*** ###-###-#### [email protected]
