Watch out scam artist on the prowl! On Nov 18 I reached out to Biz2Credit.com to get a quote for business loan. Ron Jones their funding specialist followed up with an email in regards to me questions about terms, rates and options. I liked that they had many lenders to choose from. He suggested in the email dated Nov 18, 2016 exact quote “Lets get an offer generated for you, and you can move forward when you need the funds, please send last 6 months of business checking account statements asap” which I gladly sent on Nov 21 since it wasn’t any major commitment to have my bank statements reviewed or credit pull which would lower my score.

He respond back on Nov 21 exact quote “Please help me with the following Home address,Lease amount for business address , Month and year when business started ,Date of birth ,Last 4 digit of social” I did respond with all that info and thinking he can’t pull my credit using only my last 4 of my SS#, and never said once in our email communication that I would have a hard pull on my credit.

Later that day I got notification from my credit monitoring service that “ITRIA” just pulled my credit, which is one of Biz2Credit.com lenders. Obviously I am pissed off as I did not okay, sign any paperwork or authorizing a credit pull. I have seen a decrease in credit score drop because of this. Apparently now days all they need is last 4 of SS#, address, birthdate and name to pull credit which is a scam way of pulling credit however they still need authorization to do so which they never got.

I contacted him right away and he said “Daniel, credit check is done by every lender before generating an offer.” I told him I did not authorize or know about a credit pull nor would I have agreed to one as he was just going to get me set up in the system and get an amount quote based off of my bank statements, no mention of credit pull. I understand that when moving forward credit would be pulled however I wasn’t moving forward at this time beyond a quote on bank statements.

Slimy business that needs to be shut down, they will be reported to every agency and outlet.

Review: Biz2Credit pulled my personal credit report fraudulently. I attempted on several occasions to make contact with Ray T[redacted] who was behind the fraud and got no response. I emailed, called, and even faxed demand letters to have the fraudulent inquiry removed off of my personal credit report.

My next step is to complain to the consumer protection agency if they do not cooperate.Desired Settlement: To remove the hard inquiry off my report as it was not authorized. This needs to be done immediately per FCRA.

correct. In the initial part of Biz2Credit's application, there is no hard

credit pull. (Step 1 on attached Exhibit 1-A). However, once the customer

proceeds to Step 2 of the application, they can not proceed until they agree to

the Business Finance Terms and Conditions (attached as Exhibit 1-A, pages 2-3).

As you can see, the customer has now decided to proceed with an application to

one or more lenders, and expressly authorizes both Biz2Credit and the lender to

pull credit. As previously noted, our Chief Technology Officer has confirmed

via written system records that [redacted] requested to proceed with

financing in Step 2 and thereby authorized Biz2Credit to do a hard pull of his

credit on October **, 2015. (See Exhibit 2). We trust this concludes this

Review: I requested this company to help us in getting long term commercial mortgage in Jan 2015 for which they agreed and signed fee agreement according to which fee is to be paid after getting mortgage successfully.

On April * they asked for $1000/- retainer fee which was paid immediately. After six months on July ** they told us their inability to provide us mortgage.

Initially our case was handled by one employee and later after three months by another one.

I requested them to refund the retainer fee which they refused. I requested to both employees and owner also but it is over three months now nobody responded.Desired Settlement: Company should refund $1000/- retainer fee as it is unable to provide the required services to customer.

Review: Hi,We consulted the company as we are looking finance for our business.We called up Biz2Credit and discuss about our business in detail the nature of the business and gave them all the personal and business information as they needed to check the possibility to give us loan/finance.Once they checked all our documents & details then they called me and told me that they can finance us up to 1,50,000/- for a interest of 10 to 15 % interest, and generally the funding will take 2 to 5 business days to fund the money in our bank account. As they approved verbally over the phone and assured us the funding, they asked for 500/- to prepare the business plan & process our application. We gave them our credit card details to charge our card for 500/- with a condition that they will get us finance.Once we paid them the money they sent us an email rejecting our application by saying that the kind of business we have or the business we do, they cannot finance that category of business. In other words they dont finance due the nature of business.Pls note that we gave them all the information including our website, bank statement and all the personal and business information much before we paid the money to prepare and process our loan application. Once they got the money they refused. The nature of business we have was known to them much before and if they dont finance or cannot finance our business then they should not ask us for the payment for preparation of business plan. Our objective was not to prepare business plan but to get the finance. It is a fraud that you promise to give finance and take the money, then you reject the service/products which you promised customer and dont even give them their money back.Desired Settlement: We need refund of 50//- back or else we will proceeds a collection process and also file a police complaint and initiate DA office.We may initiate a legal process to blacklist them.We may file complaint to all the legal authorities to stop their business and take legal action against them for fraudulent activities.

At the time we spoke to [redacted] he has informed us that his credit score was [redacted]. So with a credit score that high we applied for a loan that was at 6% but it was declined because after running credit score his FICO came up as [redacted], less than 100 points than he has originally told us. Taking this into consideration we got him approved for a loan that was at 15% but [redacted] denied it because the rate was so high.

Furthermore, we have helped assist **. [redacted] by making him a business plan to show his experience and thus increasing his chances of getting a loan. We have created a very well written business plan which I am attaching with this email. He tried to charge it back from American Express stating that he does not recall this transaction. At this point we had to send American Express copy of the business plan and also the email we sent him with the attachment so we can get refunded for the service that we have rendered.

Lastly the 495/- which we are asking for refund is only because of the false assurance of the loan being approved we had our contractor paid out of pocket for the set up of deli area also incurred loss in our business for inconvenice to customers. .....

Just to let [redacted] know that our score was pulled by ur employee & I never had that much score also American Express ......this shows that it is a false hope company ....

Also the other people who said the same case & asked for 500/- refund shows How MUCH U ARE IN THIS FIELD TO GET MONEY OUT OF PEOPLE........

I am now responding to complaints from May * and May **, 2014 made by [redacted]. First, Biz2Credit reiterates its replies made by [redacted] on June **, 2013, March **, 2014 and March **, 2014. As [redacted]’s latest complaints are essentially a rehash of the original complaint, which was without merit, hopefully we can put these all to bed today with definitive answers and documentary backup. All attachments referenced below are being sent separately.

[redacted] makes four allegations: (i) he never had a credit score over 650 or respresented this otherwise to Biz2Credit; (ii) the Celtic Bank application was never submitted by Biz2Credit, and [redacted] still has no idea why he was rejected; (iii) he raises some issue, albeit not very clearly regarding interest rates in his business plan – but he is most likely talking about the higher coat (“interest rate” – referring to “business plan” instead of “business loan”) on the merchant cash advance financing option that he rejected (please refer to [redacted] initial reply dated June **, 2013); and (iv) he claims Biz2Credit caused his credit score to be lowered by filing jointly with his wife. Needless to say, all of these complaints are baseless.

First, as maintained since our initial reply in June 2013, [redacted] incorrectly reported his credit score to Biz2Credit as 710 on his online application from November 2012. We are separately attaching [redacted]’s application from our website, together with a website screen shot that confirms the 710 credit score was self-reported. Please refer to attachments 1 and 1A. These applications are always done by the prospective borrower on the online application form. Unfortunately, [redacted] incorrectly stated his credit score by 100 points – it turned out to be 610 when pulled by the bank.

Second, Biz2Credit filed several applications on behalf of [redacted], including to Celtic Bank. [redacted] was rejected by Celtic Bank as he was below their risk assessment score. Please refer to attachment 2 from Celtic Bank (email dated March **, 2013). [redacted] was so notified at the time by Biz2Credit. In addition, Biz2Credit understands that Celtic Bank also directly notified [redacted] in accordance with federal banking regulations.

Third, [redacted] was advised in Spring 2013, after bank financing had fallen through, that higher-cost financing would likely be available through merchant cash advance providers. However, [redacted] expressly rejected these higher-cost options, both at the time and when this option was later raised by Biz2Credit. Please refer to Biz2Credit replies dated June **, 2013 and March **, 2014. In addition, I also so advised [redacted] on the phone during April 2014. Since then, as before with [redacted], neither [redacted] nor [redacted] has chosen to pursue this financing option, despite the numerous requests from Biz2Credit as noted.

To the extent [redacted]’s last comment relates to the Business Plan provided by Biz2Credit, it should be noted that a professional Business Plan was in fact provided to [redacted] in mid-February, 2013. Please refer to attachment 1A. In addition, Biz2Credit has offered to update and revise [redacted]’s Business Plan since then at no extra cost. Please refer to [redacted]’ reply dated March **, 2014. As above, [redacted] has chosen not to take Biz2Credit up on this offer.

Last, there is the bizarre claim that Biz2Credit caused his credit score to be lowered by suggesting he file jointly with his wife – even though he was filing jointly for at least a few years before he first contacted Biz2Credit. Please refer to attachment 3. Moreover, apart from the basic fact that Biz2Credit never gives tax advice, it is not at all clear how a joint tax filing could lower [redacted]’s credit score.

In closing, Biz2Credit has performed all services for [redacted] in accordance with the highest industry standards and in good faith, offerning numerous times to both update his Business Plan and try to help secure alternative financing for his company. Unfortunately, [redacted] has elected not to pursue these concrete options but rather continue to file baseless complaints. As the ensuing attachments show these complaints to be utterly without merit, it is our hope that they can be finally dismissed once and for all. [redacted] Pirari should also be advised that filing false complaints violates Revdex.com policy, together with applicable legal standards.

Review: On December **, 2015 I made inquiry with Biz2Credit in regards to possibly acquiring a business loan. After completing their online inquiry form I received an email from an Andy F[redacted] requesting additional documents, specifically bank statements. I complied.

NOTE: I am in the underwriting process of purchasing property and keeping a close eye on my credit and finances is of upmost importance during this process.

On December **, 2015 I was advised of a 'Hard Inquiry' on my credit report I contacted the number provided on my credit report and it brought me to Biz2Credit in New York. I spoke with "Andy F[redacted]" (who turned out to be the receptionist, except goes by another name when answering phones) and I advised him that I wasn't informed that Biz2Credit will perform a 'Hard Inquiry' and most importantly I did not give permission to perform a credit inquiry. "Andy" handed me over to Ronnie Thomas (who sounded much like Andy) who returned a call to me after I was forced to leave a voice message. Ronnie ended up referrring me to his Legal Department (Jon G[redacted]) and I, again was forced to leave a voice message and (at this time) have not received a return call.

NOTE TO BIZ2CREDIT: In addition to this formal complaint with Revdex.com, I have filed an additional complaint with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission).Desired Settlement: Biz2Credit is responsible for removing their inquiry from my personal credit report. Biz2Credit is also responsible for any damage that occurred directly due to their unfair business practice as I am in the underwriting process of purchasing property.

Review: I am a 65 years old and Federally disabled. My Doctors have urged me to get out and start a business considering I am a licensed Hearing Specialist. I contacted Biz2Credit due to their Search Engine presence and the glowing information they said about their capabilities on their website. I also first checked with the Revdex.com to make sure they were not a scam. A month ago I discussed obtaining anywhere from $25,000 plus for my new clinic. I submitted all of my personal and business financial information, Tri-Merge credit bureaus report along with a 30 page business plan and 3 years of projections and cash flows. I previous owned a national financial services company in the 80's prior to becoming an [redacted] so I was aware in advance of what they would need. The Biz2Credit [redacted], indicated after receiving the material that everything looked great. That is the last I have heard from him. I have emailed and chatted on line with a colleague of his to no avail. I am very concerned this operation is in fact a scam and my personal and business information may be in danger. If they are legit the only possible reason for their actions is that they could not charge me for writing a comprehensive business plan, which may in fact be their real business focus. The business plan issue has showed up in another complaint.Desired Settlement: I simply ask they provide the requested financing pursuant our discussion. If they can't follow through they should not glorify their successful financing capabilities on their website. In addition they should inform the applicant upfront via their website under, Fees, of all actual and incidental charges. And finally inform the applicant of their procedural underwriting flow or that they are a loan broker and can't control turn-around time. Bold face on the front page of their website.

Once they receive the documents they are supposed to send that to the [redacted] for futher review. [redacted] was not able to do that due to him being in and out of the office due to being ill. If that did not take place where has all my information, close to 10 personal and business attachments, disappeared to? If your underwriting already has my information or now just digging it up, by restarting the clock will this require another hard credit pull and take another month? Lastly, based upon your company dropping the ball and my complaints is it even possible to give my financing request a fair and unbiased decision...we shall see?

As we have said before, [redacted]'s unreasonable requests do not set out a legitimate complaint. His latest reply does nothing to change this, and only adds additional unsupported fabrications. [redacted] was not contacted by "two senior people", notably unnamed, from the company. The credit repair story, the $2,000 number, and the supposed credit repair agreement are all fictitious. [redacted] was offered a standard consulting services agreement, which he rejected. [redacted] is not a Biz2Credit client. [redacted] has not been charged anything by Biz2Credit. [redacted] should now cease making false accusations against Biz2Credit. Biz2Credit is not required to accept terms dictated by [redacted], as [redacted] is not required to accept terms proposed by the company. There is no foundation to [redacted]'s complaint, which now appears to be moot in any case.

I received and read your complaint status as being closed. This is a great example of how companies like Biz2credit come away with a clean complaint slate and go on to pull the same tactics on other uninformed customers. My complaint is legitimate and if you read it from start to finish next to Biz2credits remarks, you will see that Biz2credit's focusing on an unsigned consulting agreement was never the issue prior to the Revdex.com involvement. Once Revdex.com got involved they pulled this completely unrelated agreement out that had nothing to do with obtaining financing for my company but had everything to do with open ended credit repair. The bottom line is Biz2credit did not deliver what they advertise and that was my complaint and also my solution from day one. For them to deviate from the real issue is just a cleaver smoke screen. If the agreement was so important why didn't they request it months earlier, when they claimed their loan intake person was in and out sick. This again is baloney as I have a half a dozen emails from the man. What is ironic, while I was fooling around with these clowns I received over $94k in financing from three other companies at preferred rates. Do as you must Revdex.com but in the end sweeping this case under the rug will only allow them to double talk to other consumers costing them time and money.
