The tenant's communication concern comes from emails sent Friday, February 2, 2018, the busiest day of the year due to Super Bowl guests checking in for the weekend. The entire situation lasted less than 12 hours, during which the tenant received five responses. Despite receiving same-day service on the busiest day of the year, the tenant became disgruntled and we were advised by counsel that all further communications must be in writing. While we understand the tenant's perspective, same-day service is something we pride ourselves on, and something we delivered during the highest volume day of the year for the company.Tell us why here...
I am rejecting this response because:
We were informed by our neighbors that you admitted to Birchwood being run by only you (Amy [redacted]). The false name I am referring to is “Sarah”. There is also a voicemail for Birchwood claiming a Ben works there when our same neighbors informed us that he did work there years ago and no longer apart of Birchwood. I would like to see those 5 messages you said you sent to us. I also have my own email references. I will be emailing those to the Revdex.com for clarification. You responded at 1pm after 2 hours of emails and calling. When we emailed you back at 1:05pm we heard nothing back until we reached out about our discomfort with the situation to cancel and then we finally receive an email back close to 5-5:30pm with a response acting as if we haven’t been calling all day, when were trying to continuously get in contacted with you since 11am (2/02/18)There is also the issue with us not being able to resign our lease. Yes our lease is up but we talked 1-1.5 months ago about lowering our rent because we love the place and had no problem. Our rent was lowered but now we are not given the option to resign and that information was relayed to us via lawyer.I also emailed you about getting sending us information about the owners (2/03-05) and still have not received any response. That weekend may have been a busy weekend but this is a first for Birchwood not a regular/yearly occurrence. We understand the day could have been chaos but we are paying tenants and deserve to be treated better.
