Review: Billys Auto Repair was dispatched from [redacted] to tow my 2006 Subaru Impreza home. My vehichle was not properly attached on top of the tow truck. When the tow truck driver braked really hard the straps did not hold my vehicle from moving thus my car hitting the back of the tow truck while in tow. This caused damage to the front bumper, center grill as well as the ourside grill pieces (3 grill pieces in total) The owner refused to pay for the damages and told me to call his insurance. The insurance company refused to take my claim. Now I'm stuck with a bill for something that I did not cause. I have picture proof from start to finish of all the damages. including pictures of my car before it was damaged, while it was in tow as well as after it dropped me off at the location I requested.Desired Settlement: Pay for the damaged which occurred to my vehicle.
