I called [redacted] at Billings Heating and Cooling and asked him to come and look at my furnace which was having some problems. He had put my furnace in years ago and I call him when I need maintenance. He never showed up so I called back to see why and he told me "He saw the new A/C unit in my driveway and drove on by because I had not even asked him to bid on it--which never even crossed my mind. I was in shock at the immaturity and unprofessionalism of this!!!!
Great service, excellence price. Came out to my house the same day after I had called for a quote. The owner Rick, is friendly and reliable. I would highly recommend
