Review: My boyfriend, [redacted], order a bible cover from them on the 7th of Dec. They proceeded to take his $41 and then two days later EMAIL him and say that his item is on back order. When I tried to contact them I don't receive a person when I call and I have emailed them twice. This is a Christmas gift for his grandfather and now he is [redacted] and out $41. I either want the [redacted] thing overnighted to us or if it can't get here before Christmas I want the order canceled so we can get him something else. This is ridiculous.Desired Settlement: I want them to either refund him or have the thing here before Christmas.

The customer had placed the order on Saturday December 7, 2013 and was notified via email on December 9, 2013 that the product was out of stock and that it would not be available until December 16. The order unfortunately had been cancelled because we could not fulfill the order. Initially there may have been a pending charge, but no actual charge had been made to the customer's credit card. This pending charge typically drops off within 3-5 business days.

Review: On 10/02/2013 I ordered a bible with engraving from BibleCo , I paid extra to have it shipped within 3-5 days. I sent emails on 10/03 and 10/05 requesting to know when my order would be shipped as I had not received any info in regards. I called multiple times and left voicemails, with no response. On 10/06/2013 I sent them an email requesting that the order be cancelled, Again I received no response via email or to my multiple voicemails. On 10/11/2013 my bank account was debited $34.64, I again left them multiple voicemails as they never answer there phone and sent emails requesting the order to be cancelled and my money refunded, still I received no response. On 10/17/2013 I received the product in the mail, I called and emailed them again with no response. I ordered a product from this company they did not ship it in a timely manner I Paid for 3-5 day shipping and did not receive the product till 15 days later, They ignored all of my emails and voicemails, I requested the order to be cancelled, They ignored this and debited my bank account anyways.Desired Settlement: BibleCo to pay the return shipping of the product and to provide me with a 100% refund.

Review: I placed an order (order # [redacted]) on Feb 28, 1013 for a personalized bible for a friend. To ensure it would be received on time, I paid extra for both expedited processing and shipping. On March 13, 2013, I still did not receive my order. I inquired via email on the status, and was told there was an extreme delay due to unforeseen circumstances and I would be given free shipping. I explained I would accept the free shipping as long as my product would still arrived quickly. March 25, 2013, I still did not receive my product and requested a refund via email. April 12, 2013, I contacted the company via email about my request for a refund and still have not receive a refund or response to date.Desired Settlement: Complete refund

Review: I placed an order for home-school curriculum of $251.85 on Sept. 9, 2013. "[redacted]" with BibleCo emailed me that day to let me know they received my order. Shipment was free via their Economy (1-2 weeks). On Sept. 17, "[redacted]" emailed me to let me know the order was processed and shipped (NO TRACKING NUMBER GIVEN), but the Language Arts Lifepac was on back order and would be shipped October 1. I emailed back that that was acceptable. On Sept. 24, I emailed "[redacted]" inquiring on my shipment, asking what method of shipment they used - NO RESPONSE. On Sept. 27, I emailed again showing frustration at their lack of response, and getting their vmx runaround. I demanded a response ASAP. NO RESPONSE. On Sept. 30 I emailed again demanding the package Tracking Number, and told them I would seek further steps to report their shady business practices as this transaction appeared fraudulent. I also called their 1-888 number and left a terse message demanding a response. Late in the day, a female from BibleCo called my cell from a Skype number (I found this out when I tried to redial the number and it wouldn't go through) and asked me to call their 1-888 # again for assistance on my purchase. NEWS FLASH: NO ONE EVER ANSWERS 1-888-41-BIBLE. To date, I have not had ANY tracking numbers provided, NO communication to help me find my purchases, and NO PRODUCT FOR WHICH I PAID which is well over the 2 week shipping time limit. I have contacted FedEx, UPS, and USPS with no such shipments from BibleCo to my address in their systems. This tells me BibleCo never sent the products I purchased, and has, instead, pocketed my money. I have called 1-888-41-BIBLE well over 30 times with absolutely no response. I told my homeschooling friend about this and she, too, has had nightmare dealings with BibleCo. I'm just sorry I didn't hear her story first!Desired Settlement: Full refund immediately to the card I used to make this purchase.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I feel I must help anyone who may have ordered a product from BibleCo.com and encountered the same problems I did: payment taken, no tracking numbers given, no shipment sent, no shipment received, no answering phones, no returning phone calls, no returning email inquiries.

After digging around on the internet and piecing the puzzle together, I discovered there is a warehouse used as a distribution point for products for several different companies, BibleCo.com being one of them. [redacted], a beauty supply internet business, has the same warehouse address of [redacted] as BibleCo.com. This led me to call [redacted], hoping someone would answer the phone. The girl who took my call was very nice, and confirmed that BibleCo.com is in the same building. After being put on hold (and I warned her not to disconnect me), I was transferred to a nice lady who discovered my order from BibleCo.com never shipped from their warehouse, though a label had been printed. She also stated that BibleCo.com does not have adequate people to handle the phones, but was surprised no one attempted to call or email me or Revdex.com regarding this situation. She apologized profusely, but understood why I was very upset at the way BibleCo.com handled this situation. Since the product I bought was well-overdue for homeschooling, I canceled the order altogether and asked for a full refund, which she manually entered into their system and mentioned it could take 3 days to process through. Today, 10/25/13, the full refund showed up on my account.

Though I will not do business with BibleCo.com again, I am satisfied with my full refund. It is my hope they will take my complaint seriously and make the necessary changes.

Review: I ordered 2 bibles on Oct 1. Upon receipt of products, I determined that they were inappropriate for the ages of my grandchildren. After multiple phone calls and e-mails to resolve the issue, I returned the 2 bibles. Bibleco.com received the returned items on Oct 15 according to my USPS tracking number.. My [redacted] account has not been credited for the return as of Nov 1. I have sent several e-mails and made several phone calls to Bibleco.com to resolve the return issue. I have had no response. I would like to have my [redacted] account credited for the return of the products.Desired Settlement: Refund credit card immediately.

Review: I order a product from them and paid for next day delivery. it's been a week and haven't received anything. I have attempted to contact via email multiple times, but have received no response. They do not offer a phone number to be reached at. They have already taken my money. I believe this business might be a scam. A wolf in sheep's clothing.Desired Settlement: I want communication from this "business." I want the delivery of my order by next week and in addition I want to be refunded for the extra amount paid to ship next day. If this cannot be fulfilled, I want a full reimbursement. If this is a scam, it should be shut down.

The order has been canceled per the customer’s request and no charges were made or will be made at any time. All credit card information will be deleted by October 5, 2013.

Review: I has ordered a Bible from Bibleco.com on Monday December 9th. Under the impression the Bible would be here considering it states that shipping is 3 to 5 days and I have been unsuccessful tracking down my order. Upon placing my order I recieved a conformation email from another email with order number yhst-[redacted] from [email protected]. I have tried to check my order status everyday and all there is is a blank page. I have sent emails and Thursday December 12 and 13th and left numerous messages at ###-###-####. When I call this number it states they are either helping other customers or you have called outside of business hours of 10-6 eastern time. I tried option 1 to place a order option 2 for questions about products and 3 for checking the status of a order and 4 for exchanges or returns. No one is ever available to take your call and seems as if no one is available to send a email. My order amount total with shipping was 34.64. I believe this company is ripping people off. I will be disputing the charges with my bank considering there is no way to cancel the order and no way to talk to anyone.Desired Settlement: want a refund

Review: On September 3rd, 2013 we purchased a set of homeschooling curriculum from Bibleco.com. We received a partial shipment stating the remaining product was on backorder. There was no follow up since then. We have emailed numerous times and have left numerous voicemails and finally was contacted by said Bibleco.com. They said we needed to check our tracking number showing we did in fact receive product. This was never in dispute. We did receive part of the order. We began contacting Bibleco.com again to find out the status of remaining order but again, no emails or phone calls. Their phone service says someone will be there for orders from 10AM-6PM EST. Each time I have called there is only a voicemail. I am very much wanting to get this reconciled as soon as possible.Desired Settlement: The business has set an expectation is has not come close to delivering on. We entered a contractual agreement by paying them for a product and service we have not fully received. They need to refund the money for the product they did not send and do so immediately.

Review: I ordered the Alpha Omega LifePac (complete set) homeschooling curriculum for grades 3rd -$239.66 , 2nd - $239.66, and Kindergarten - $76.46.....totaling $564.43. My card was charged immediately when the order was placed and not when processed and shipped as is by law. To my surprise I received most of the order a week and a half later. I am still missing the Language Arts complete subject for Grade 2 and the complete subject for History & Geography for Grade 3. My wife and I have made numerous attempts to contact the company by phone; leaving voice messages. I have emailed the company 7 times requesting a response as to when I will receive the missing items. Lastly, I have demanded a refund for the two subjects so that I may order them from someone else and still have not received the refund or the missing subjects.

According to reviews from the internet including the Revdex.com, this company should not be in business. They complete orders as they see fit while they profit off the consumers inability to halt this negligent and fraudulent activity.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the merchandise sent to me to complete my order; or refund the value of each missing subject. I calcualte the value for each subject at $50.00 each; totaling $100.00 as total refund owed.

This response is in reference to complaint ID [redacted] from [redacted]. We had processed the order as requested. There is usually a 1-2 day processing time as well as 3-5 business days for standard shipping. The order was placed on Friday, August 16, 2013 and was received on Friday, August 23, 2013. The customer was mistakenly charged for shipping because the order was over $100. The customer contacted Bibleco via email on August 19, 2013 regarding the error and we refunded the shipping amount of $8.65 on August 20, 2013. On August 27, 2013 the customer contacted us to inform us that 2 of the ordered items were missing. Unfortunately, there was a delay in contacting the customer with information that we were not able to locate the missing items and could not reorder the products as they became out of stock. On September 17, 2013 we had informed the customer that we were very sorry that we could not resend the missing products and would happily refund the account. The customer had supplied the credit card information again as it was no longer available to us. Below is the transaction information of the credit on September 17, 2013.
