I am rejecting this response because: Bethel university made advertising remarks that they has several published authors and faculty who have graduated form here, when asked about the evidence of this I was referred all over the placeI was told by Austin [redacted] he would not provide me anything due to orders from his supervisor MsJen ***The business has still failed to provide advertised evidence, therefore I reject this communication because no actual form of leadership has taken the mantel to contact me or prove the stated advertisement that Bethel has made

the Bethel website at https://www.bethel.edu/seminary/academics/faculty. This site, publicly available and easily located via a Google search, provides the names of our Seminary faculty member. Mr. [redacted] can find details about each faculty member by clicking on their names. If he does that, he will find CVs for the faculty members that include details about their extensive publications.

The business has still failed to provide advertised evidence, therefore I reject this communication because no actual form of leadership has taken the mantel to contact me or prove the stated false advertisement that Bethel has made.

Bethel University cannot respond to Mr. [redacted]'s complaint to the Revdex.com in detail because a federal law, the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), prohibits colleges and universities from sharing details about students with third parties, including parents, without the student's permission. We want to be helpful, but we are prohibited from responding in this forum. We can say that our review of processes shows that Bethel acted in accordance with published University policies and procedures. If we receive a signed release from the student, we are prepared to respond to Mr. [redacted] in detail. The student is welcome to contact Dr. Randy [redacted] in the President's Office at [redacted] to obtain a FERPA release form.
