Review: I was in need of another key for vehicle and went online to [redacted] site and there was this company advertising the key needed. I placed an order and used my debit card to pay. Just as another customer said earlier I took what I thought of as advantage of the CHEAP 1st class shipping price and chose that too. Well after waiting on my email of order received I patiently waited the arrival of the item. To my surprise and disappointment a package arrives with what appeared to be a brand new key for my car. NOT. NOT. AND NOT. Unfortunately after opening and reading the enclosed note, I did not have a working key. Not only was it a non working key it wasn't even cut for use in any ignition.

At this time I try to contact this what appeared to be legit company, and no answer. Only some recoding wanting you to leave message for someone who's name is no where on paper sent. NO ANSWER and NO LEGIT EMAIL. The site won't show up on my pc, laptop, or cell!Desired Settlement: REQUESTING FULL REFUND OF ALL MONIES CHARGED WITH SOME TYPE OF COMPENSATION FOR THIS BOTCHED UP BUSINESS AND FAKE ORDERS SENT. ALSO DESIRING THEM TO BE PERMANENTLY BE REMOVED FROM WEB.

Review: I ordered a Key Fob on June **, 2014. I paid for first class shipping. They have charged my card but I have not recieved my item or any shipping information. I have attempted to call, and email the multiple times but I get no response. I want my item or my money back.Desired Settlement: Either Money back or Item to be delivered

Review: I bought (2) 2007 Buick Terraza remotes that failed to stop working after (9) months. Not only did I pay these people but I paid to have the programmed locally only to have to take them back when they stopped working to find out they were no good.Desired Settlement: I want a refund because I don't trust them. I wouldn't want their replacements. I suspect they are long gone with my money.

Review: I purchased this four button key from them for my 2011 Ford Escape. I received the key but I had to wait awhile to get the key cut at my local Ford dealership. From day one the buttons on the remote never did work. I tried at least to my knowledge four times to e-mail them and never have I received a response back. I left them a telephone number to even contact me back but still no response. I expected at least some form of communication back but I received nothing.Desired Settlement: I would like to have them send me a key that works properly and also them to have to pay for that key to get cut at the dealership.

Review: I bought a remote control from Best Buy Remotes. The order #[redacted] was for a new Nissan Maxima 4 button intelligent remote keyless entry smart key for $94.95. When I receive the remote I took it to the dealer [redacted]. They told me the remote control wasn't new and that it had already been program to another vehicle. I have made several calls, left messages and sent email to this company informing of the problem and requesting a full refund. I have not heard nothing from this company.Desired Settlement: A full refund

Review: On 11/**/2013 I purchased a remote for 2001 Toyota Sienna through the company Web site and paid by credit card. The delivery was free, but for $1.99 the company will deliver by first class mail. On 11/**/2013 I received an email from them to say that my order has shipped through USPS, and they gave me a tracking number. On 11/**/2013 I went to USPS Web site and put in the tracking number, and received a message that said the company has not delivered the item to USPS but only provided an electronic tracking number to notify the Post Office that the item will be delivered. I called the phone number (###-###-####) the company listed on their web site. First the phone will ring, followed by a recorded message, and finally another message that said "if you want to make a call, please hang up and dial again". Using the email address on the company web site, I sent them an email on 11/**/2013 to inquire as to what's going on. I have not received any response. For the past four days I have been using the tracking number they provided to check for item delivery status on USPS web site. Unfortunately, I continue to get the same message that the item has not been delivered to the Post Office. Today, 11/**/2013, I called the company's phone number (###-###-####) again and received the same thing as before, i.e. ring, recorded message, and another message that said "if you want to make a call, please hang up and dial again". I have checked with my credit card bank and Best Buy Remotes has already received the money ($56.94) from my bank. I do not have the item, the company has my money, and I cannot reach anyone at the company.Desired Settlement: Refund my money since the item was never delivered to the Post Office for delivery as of today.

Review: I saw a remote control product to unlock car door locks that they advertise to work with Mazda5 2007. I purchased it. It does not work with my Mazda5 2007. I sent it back. Best Buy Remote sent another one. It still does not work. I request they either refund my money or send a working one. The last communication was July [redacted] 2013. So far I have not received anything, a call, an email, a refund.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund.

Review: Ordered 2009 Nissan maxima car key. Plus first class delivery. Telephone number of this company keeps hanging up on me. Nobody ever answers.Desired Settlement: I just simply want what I paid for. It makes me feel very nervous and upset that this company makes me feel like its fake and my money was stolen. No possible way to contact anyone. Answering service sets you up to get hung up on. Hardly any reviews on the company expect for the few who had the say problem im having now. Due to contacting the Revdex.com they received their merchandise. I would appreciate the same considering I paid for next day delivery. This company is very unprofessional. I sincerely need help. Thank you

Review: I placed the order online, 2/**.

On 2/20, I received notice that "Your order has shipped. (Order#: [redacted] placed on 02/**/2014)"

On 2/**, my debit card was charged in full for the order including a special charge of $1.95 for 1st Class Mail versus the free shipping, Total $56.93.

I got an email from them that the order had shipped = First-Class Mail on 2/**/2014 , I checked the tracking number and it only said that the information was received by the USPS but not the actual shipment.

As of today, 2/**, nothing received and the tracking number still only that the label had been printed by the company but nothing received by the USPS.

I have tried to contact them but they ignore my request.Desired Settlement: At this point, I can't trust them. All I want is a refund in full so I can deal with a company that is reputable.

Review: On March **, 2014 I ordered one 2007 remote key, total amount of $56.94 from Best Buy Remote. They (Best Buy Remote) sent me a confirmation receipt byemail that it was shipped on March **, 2014. As of today April *, 2014 I have not received my purchase item. I have tried many times to contact them by phone and no one answers and it hangs up on you. And their fax number does not work. All I am wanting is refund in a cashier check sent to me.Desired Settlement: I would like refund in a cashiers check
