2015. We have not received any replacement parts or keys or any information at all regarding our camper. Berks Mont RV said they were sending us a new lock with new sets of keys since they will not send us the keys that belong to the camper we purchased from them in April 2015. This business has not held up to their proposed response and we are rejecting the resolution. We ordered a new lock and key. Once the parts come in, we will replace it for the customer.
Review: We purchased an RV from Berksmont in February 2013 and in April 2013 I sent them a list of items that needed to be repaired/replaced under the warranty, We took the RV to them in October 2013 for the repair to be done. In February 2014 we needed to pick the RV up because we were using it to go to Florida. We picked the RV up without having the repairs done with the understanding that they would call us when they could schedule the repairs and we would take the RV in again. We have yet to get that call. We also had to order a piece that was damaged in February which we will pay for, but we still have not gotten the piece needed. We also have another item that needs to be repaired/replaced that was not on the original list but are reluctant to take the RV to them for the repair. The original items should have been covered under the warranty which is now expired.Desired Settlement: We just want to have the items we need repaired/replaced done and we also want the piece that was ordered over 2 month ago.
