Review: 45 days after purchase the dealership has not processed title and transfer of tags/registration from trade in vehicle to purchased vehicle with the DMV. Multiple calls to dealership have been made always ending with a promise that the required work has been completed and the DMV will update within 24-48 hours. Subsequent trips to the DMV and attempts to verify the information has been processed show it to still be outstanding.Desired Settlement: Process DMV paperwork in a timely manner.

Attached is a title inquiry showing Mr. [redacted] DMV was recorded with the state on 3/4/16 – title number [redacted]. The title will be held by [redacted] until Mr. [redacted] pays off his loan. It shows the plate [redacted] was transferred to his Impreza – the tags will expire 11/30/2016.

Review: I bought a car on 6-12-13. I have not received a statement bill of sale or any documents. I have back twice to talk. it was credit approved by [redacted] mortgage. They have not received any paper work either. Payment is due Berglund would not take payment. Berglund gave me a phone number & an account number. when I called crystler they still had no info. Also the account number was not their accout number. there are a few maintaince things they need to do. told me they would call with appt. Still have not received any calls. When I talked to the salesman he stated to me "this is totally not exceptable". I agreed. He promised he would find out the problems & get back to me. I still have not received anything.Desired Settlement: Please just get the paper work to me & compensate for a late payment that I can not send to the in on time.

[redacted], one of our managers has been in contact with Ms. [redacted]. He has gotten all of her paperwork to her as requested, helped her make her first payment on the vehicle and taken care of Ms [redacted]s concerns.
Review: my wife bought a 2008 lancer from them about 1 month ago. the radio was advertised as have sat-nav and Bluetooth with steering wheel audio controls. when she stared to use the Bluetooth it did not work. and the controls on the steering wheel did not work. when we called them they said they would fix it ,but 3 weeks later still have not. on top of all that they wanted us to buy a new radio and they install it. the advertisement was clear that all functions worked. now they act like they don't want to fix it right.Desired Settlement: replace radio with one that is close to the same with every thing they advertise working

The vehicle had an aftermarket stereo with navigation that was installed prior to Berglund acquiring it. Once Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] let Berglund know that all of the functions were not working Berglund Fiat’s service department tried unsuccessfully to get radio working properly. Berglund took the vehicle to a reputable radio shop and the radio shop recommended that we acquire a part for the radio to make it work. The radio is discontinued, so the part is not available. I contacted the radio shop and had a new radio with navigation and additional features that exceeds the original radio capabilities. We did not charge the customer for the upgrade and they are happy now.
