situation like this going forward should it ever occur again. Mrs. [redacted] was very understanding and very thankful that I called. Furthermore I instructed the store GM to activate a $25. Sonic Gift Card so I could buy her family dinner on our company. Since our phone conversation she has picked up the gift card and can use it at any location she pleases. She was very happy and grateful and I assured her that our company appreciates all of our thousands of customers and the support they give us. I also want to state that we own and run 24 successful Sonic Restaurants (17 in the DFW area and 7 that we recently purchased in the Golden Triangle area in Sept. 2015)We will do everything in our power to take care of each and every customer every day and unfortunately this was an unfortunate incident that is not the norm. We are happy to be in the Beaumont area and look forward to many years of taking care of the Beaumont Residents.Respectfully,[redacted]Director of Operations
