Review: There was an agreement signed to perform services and after two months of the owner postponing and giving me th run around she sent an email early in the morning to say she will be closing indefenetely. She will has taken my money and provided no services and does not want to refund my money.Desired Settlement: $1400 for the in store agreement and $100 from [redacted] deal. Total of $1500.00

This company is a scam. They tell you to try their free product for 14 days. I had it about 6 then was charged $195.82 saying the product is not free as advertised. I have seen no positive results from this "miracle serum." I demanded my money back and they refused. They offered 60% off future products or to close my account. I closed my account. I told themthey were a manipulative scam.

Review: [redacted] charged me 1500 dollars for treatment services. Before I was able to receive the service that I paid for, she shut her doors, and will not refund anyone their money. After months of getting rescheduled, there was no way to get ahold of [redacted], or get my money refunded. I will be taken her to small claims court, to get my money refunded for what I did not receive.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for my 1400 dollars I paid for treatments, as well as my 100 dollars paid for the GROUPON deal I bought, and could not be refunded through GROUPON because, Bella Vita redeemed the voucher. I saved for these treatments for my Graduation this month, and I got scammed.I just want my money refunded.
