and she choose to abandon her unit she was dealing with Lenny [redacted] not me but let me address her claims which are untrue.   In Order to the letter: [redacted]  did live at 3703 2S, the apartment was cleaned and free of roaches when [redacted] Moved in; the owners has all units sprayed on a regular basis by [redacted] Pest control [redacted] and has for years, feel free to call them for a report if needed.  [redacted] family members were evacuated from a building that was closed by the city and that is where the Roaches came from, we did have a conversation because I was on the property the day her family members showed up with all their bags of cloths and I told them they could not bring their belonging there since on the news it stated the building was infested with Mice, Roaches and the roof was leaking causing mold, This did not go over well with [redacted] and is where our problems started.   The property passed two inspections one from the city of Saint Louis and one from [redacted] who is the charity that pays [redacted] Rent and everything was given the ok and was acceptable when she moved in. [redacted] is a charity - https://[redacted] Case worker is [redacted] Or [redacted] number is   [redacted]     The carpets were cleaned by [redacted] Carpet cleaning the number is [redacted] feel free to call them as well.   I did not complain about her aid and did tell [redacted] to give me doctors’ orders  and I would talked to the owners about moving her to a lower level she never provided me nor the owners with a doctors order stating she had a medical condition that requires her to be on the 1st floor but we were willing to do so if she paid the transfer fee she did neither, as far as keys being given out  per lease if the person is not on the lease they should not have a key without permission [redacted] refused to deal with me on these issues and insisted on only dealing with the owner so [redacted] and the owner  was dealing with this between the two of them and [redacted] case worker .  Nothing we did for [redacted] made her happy so she was given the option to move but she forfeit her deposit because she was breaking her lease; [redacted] choose to Move It is not up to me to give her anything back I just work for the owner it is not my property, she knows what was offered to her and she choose to leave end of story . [redacted] did not give a 30-day written letter stating she was in fact going to leave which is another violation the neighbors told be she left .     In Reference to the Parasite and lice: Per Google You can get parasites simply by shaking hands with someone. It is that easy. Generally speaking, parasites are transferred from fecal matter. ------How [redacted] received Parasites is beyond me. Lice are most often found on children attending child care, preschool, and elementary school. Lice are also often transferred to the household members of infested children;Lice does not live in Carpet and can only live without a host one or two days the apartment was vacant for a few months when [redacted] moved in so her getting lice from the carpet is not possible but she did baby sit her grand baby who went to school it may be possible the school had an infestation she may want to start by calling them.   [redacted] moved to [redacted] in May 2016 and moved out September 2016 she broke her lease she needs to be having this conversation with the owners not me since I work under the direction of the owner, she can feel free to write them if she wishes but I am not responsible for returning any of her deposit if a deposit was due to her which it is not. If [redacted] shampooed her carpets that is what she chooses to do, we will not be paying for that expense    The things [redacted] is saying is untrue, I have long term tenants at this location I have no need to force people to stay   I would suggest that [redacted] deals with the owners as she did when she lived at the location, [redacted] has many issues which I am not qualified to deal with and as I stated I work for the owners and to be fair [redacted]’s Charity [redacted] would be dealing with this issue if this information was in fact true. Other Tenants have told me she is harassing them trying to get them to form some sort of alliance against the owner of the property and they wish to have nothing to do with her but she keeps harassing them and is obsessed with this negative behavior and I am sorry there is nothing I can do for her, she is more than welcome to contact the owners as she has done numerous of times and the charity also knows how to get in touch with them and again if this was truly something to be disputed the charity would be involved. Please call them at the number below [redacted] was given the opportunity to move to a lower unit for 98.00 which covers transfer fee, paper work etc, had she submitted a doctor order we may have considered waiving the fee but she did not and if we were truly infested with parasites and lice why would she even consider moving to the unit below her? [redacted] was also given the ok to move with a 30-day notice but she would forfeit her security deposit and we would not sue her for the balance of remaining lease, [redacted] was not happy and we were not going to make her stay, we made every attempt to do her repairs spray the unit talked with her on several occasions had meetings with the charity and nothing was satisfying to her there is Absolutely nothing in my power to do for her. I manage the location under the direction of the property owner. The tenants at The apartments are not afraid that is ridiculous they pay good rent there $500 for a one bedroom and $600 for a two Bedroom and some tenants are month to month as far as repairs that is done by the owner and they put over 100K in the building in the last 10 months - do they have more to do of course they do the building is a hundred years old but they are not slum lord if the conditions were as [redacted] stated the charity nor the city of St. louis would have passed inspections. Please I invite you to Call [redacted] pest control, [redacted] Carpet cleaning to verify all that is true [redacted] Pest control [redacted] and or [redacted] @ [redacted]      [redacted] Carpet cleaning the number is [redacted]    If you need further information, please feel free to give me a call [redacted] Thanks, [redacted]
