Beaverton Infiniti is not to be trusted with their used carsI brought a Pre-certified (which I found out that doesn’t mean anything but more money for crap) Infiniti QXHybrid that had previous damages that I was told they would have needed a crystal ball to see that the vehicle had those damages I found it very unprofessional that a sales manager and the general manager would use that same line I asked for the dealer to buy back to suv, and they tried to sell me a new one to cover up their mistake!!!! That was only the beginning of my troubles, like diarrhea brewing after a bad burritoI had my upper oil pan leaking when my I went in for my 30,mile checkAmong that, the transmission needed an update, because it wasn’t running wellThere were other things that needed to be replaced I drove it across the country, struggling up hills and mountains, to find out later (before 40,miles were on the vehicle) that the supercharger needed to be replaced!!!! Oh that piss

We understand that this circumstance might be frustrating but in no cases did we force your prospect buyer to purchase our vehicle instead of yoursIt happened that he was in the market to purchase a vehicle and that during the inspection of your vehicle he walked our lot and found a vehicle that fitted his needs betterAt no point did we tell him that he should buy the Acura from you nor did he tell us he had already enter in a signed agreement with youIt happened also to us that some our prospect buyers decide not to buy a car from us but instead buy from a private seller just like youIn this case the gentleman decide to spend more money for the vehicle that suited him best

This dealership is not honest and forthright and sold the car out from under us during the final confirmation of details regarding the car. We were in process of working on buying an SUV they had and were suppose to have put it on hold by the manager with a deposit, but they proceeded to sell it out from under us. The manager of the dealership said he deals with people in the showroom first over an out of area buyer. The manager never told us he had someone in the showroom when he called us the first time this morning about the car. We were in the final due diligence time frame when he finally said someone was looking at the car on the lot. Furthermore, we called this Infiniti dealership twice yesterday and no one called us back until this morning. We would have consummated the deal yesterday had they returned our calls on the day they received it. Yes, we did confirm that they were open yesterday. We spoke with the manager and told him basically we wanted the car. He was to send the Carfax to us and to determine if the car seats were leather or leatherette. Buyers need to be aware that even though you think you may have bought a car it may not actually be there in the end. They will and did sell it out from under us.

I have been searching for a new vehicle and have narrowed it down to several vehiclesBeaverton Infiniti offered vehicles at $month with a sizable downpaymentI went in to the dealer and test drove the vehicle and asked to see the that were offered to chose a colorI had specified I did not want blackThe salesmen could not find a model that met the ad and then met with the manager to "find" a vehicle to sell meThey then stated they could not sell me a car for the price in the ad with the options available and then proceeded to offer me the exact model for a much higher priceWhen I asked what they could do to match the ad price they stated the ad was a loss leader and not something they really wanted to sell

On October 17, Beaverton Infiniti performed work on my car The primary work was to replace an airbag as a result of a recall notice Beaverton Infiniti also performed a multi-point inspection, rotated my tires and replaced a battery in my keyless entry remote On December 31, 2017, while driving on I-East, my rear drivers side wheel and tire fell off my vehicles causing me to lose control of the vehicle Luckily, I did not sustain a serious injury and my vehicle came to a rest on the shoulder of I- I spoke to Beaverton Infiniti shortly after the accident and they recommended that I have the vehicle towed there, which I did On January 2, 2018, the service department manager and general manager of Beaverton Infiniti contacted me and advised me that it would cost over $to conduct the repairs, despite Beaverton Infiniti being the last place my car was worked on and tires rotated I advised them that this was not acceptable and they need to make the repairs, as

I have had nothing but issues with his company from the beginning when I purchased a vehicle from them! Purchased extended warranty when purchasing my vehicle, few months down the road started having issues with vehicle, I sent my car back to them at least times in the year that I had owned itI kept telling them that it was shuttering when shifting to 2nd gear, every time they continued to tell me that they could not duplicate the issue, finally I raised such a stink, that they had sent it to wilsonville toyota for them to duplicate issue (without informing me) come to find out there was a transmission problem! (I had to call to find out that my vehicle was at wilsonville toyota, contacted them and they actually kept me up to date on the status of when my car would be doneNOT infiniti! years after purchasing vehicle and countless amounts of problems, I traded it in else whereI called Infiniti to cancel my extended warranty, the person who I had spoke to said I would need to fill out cancellation form and send it back to him with proof of pay off, I told him that all that I had at the time was a picture of my new loan agreement that shows that it was traded inInformed me that would be fineI emailed and have called 2-times a week checking in on the status of my cancellation and no one ever called or emailed me backHere we are weeks since I had originally sent him the form, it took me calling the warranty place myself to get a fax number so I can send off to cancel warranty! so that I can get a check for the remainder of the money on my warranty! The general manager was beyond rude, and was not helpful whatsoeverI will be telling everyone I know to steer clear of this god awful place and never give them any of their business! nothing but a headache!

[redacted] purchased a vehicle from us on February 4th, 2017.  During the initial transaction, we collected taxes and fees for registration in Washington, which we send to the Department of Licensing for the customer.  We were told by the DOL that we did not collect...

enough for the taxes.  We collected the additional balance from [redacted] and sent it out to the DOL, along with a pre-paid UPS label to overnight the plates as soon as the registration was completed.  I can confirm that the plates were delivered to [redacted]'s home on March 20th.  The store manager of Beaverton Infiniti, Eric G[redacted], left a message on [redacted]'s voice mail on March 22nd to return his call and discuss the compensation [redacted] mentioned.  Eric has not yet received a call back.
