Thank you for expressing your concerns I have reviewed our records regarding the different service visits and the issues that you were experiencing with some of the equipment. Our warranty period varies for our partsWe do offer different types of service agreements that were made
available at the time of sale of your upgrade to either have a Standard, Premier or Time & Material in addition to the Basic Monitoring. The Standard and/or Premier option would have prevented you from having to pay out of pocket the replacement of the equipment due to wear and tear, the selection that you chose was Time and Material, which didn’t include thisIn reviewing the history on your account, we have waived trip charges and applied credits to your monitoring We appreciate you as our customer. The contract that you have with us commenced on September 4, for monthsIf you choose to cancel monitoring services, your final bill will be $926.89, what I am offering is a 10% discount, your final bill amount will be $I look forward to resolving this matter with you, please call me at ###-###-#### if you have any other concerns Respectfully, Ivy FCustomer Relations Supervisor

Good morning the company has satisfied myRequest and hopefully things will go well from here. Thank you for your quick response in this matter *** *** Sent from my ***

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:I submitted a complaint to the Revdex.com regarding this company around 2 weeks ago regarding their assertion that I owed (initially) $1207 of the unused portion of a 5 year contract that was automatically renewed every 5 years without notification to the customer. They suggested that if we were to pay 1/2, $603.50 without any issues, they would be satisfied. Revdex.com did contact them and they immediately called me stating that they will now be willing to settle for 1/4 of the bill, $301.75 for a practice that has been illegal in the state of Pennsylvania since 2011.Given the predatory nature of the now illegal action, I do not feel any additional moneys should be exchanged, other that for services that have been preformed. We have been a reliable customer for 11 years and had no idea that this type of an obligation existed.
