On Sept 5, I brought my Chevy pito Store #on Alma School Rd, for an air conditioning repair The compressor had blown and put metal shavings thruout the system The replacement parts were spec'd by Joe the store manager and paid for by myself at NAPA On Sept 10th I was called and told the truck was ready for pick-up The on-duty manager told me Joe was going to call me, that there were several other charges on my bill that were not provided on the estimate, including a serpentine belt and another AC component I never got a call from Joe, but I did return the vehicle to the shop hrs later to inform them the AC was not fixed and blowing out warm air On Sept 11th I stopped by the store to discuss and Joe lied and told me the truck should not have been released as the repairs were not complete Not true, the truck was sitting up front waiting for me on the 10th and when I questioned this, he had no reply On Sept 12th I spoke with John the companies V.Pto di

We took our Escape back up to the shop for an oil changeHere we get a whole list of mechanical issues on a car that has never had any issuesTwo of the issues were a brake booster and osensorsAs usual we were able to supply the parts or I'm sure cash would have been happily acceptedNeedless to say, the brake booster was put in half done and of the sensors were incorrectHowever this didn't stop the shop from charging us full labor for replacing both parts Now our cruise control doesn't work along with a list of incomplete work that should have been done while replacing the brake booster We contacted the shop and were told by Scott to bring the car up to be checkedUpon arrival we were told they could no longer afford us as customers, they aren't refunding any money they incorrectly charged and they are not fixing the issuesQuoted out of Scott's mouth..." We don't know the cruise control wasn't workingWe don't drive the cars to check"Well that's a little sc

We brought our Toyota 4runner to your Alma School location to have a spacer leveling kit installed on 03/While installing the leveling kit, the "certified" mechanic [redacted] unnecessarily drained fluid from the suspension system rendering it uselessThe manager, [redacted] P [redacted] called and apologized for their mistake the same dayHe offered to replace the $4,suspension system with a standard suspension system as long as we paid for the partsHis other option was for us to take our vehicle to a Toyota dealership and he would arrange to have the original suspension system replaced at his costWe refused both offers as there was nothing wrong with the suspension system when we brought our 4runner to Greulich's Automotive ServicesToday we were offered $towards the cost of replacement by John ***on at Greulich's corporate officeThere is no scenario in which we are going to pay Greulich's to fix damage they caused to our vehicleWe expect Greulich's to take respons

I took my 07 Honda Civic to the location off Greenway a few months ago. I took my car in on Thursday and was told it would be through with diagnostics that weekend. I was out of town Friday- Sunday. I didn’t hear from anyone until I made the attempt of calling during the week. My car wasn’t ready until the following Thursday. Apparently diagnostics were done and I was advised there was something wrong within the dash which would cost over $1,500 to repair. I declined and paid the $360 for diagnostics. I was car shopping instead. Not long after I was stranded at a gas station in my car as it would not start. Four people tried jumping my car because I was told by Greulichs that the problem was something within the dash that was draining the battery. Turns out the cables revealed there was a charge. After getting my car towed to Pep Boys, they diagnosed the issue within a few hours stating it was the starter. They fixed that over night and I got my car back. Since then, I have drove my ca

Gruelichs Auto made my wife spend $to give her a repair quote that she told them what part was broken$was for " shop supplies" this is an absolute ripoffThey they proceeded to drop a quote to fix the part on my wifeWho then said no but now is $out of the pocketMy wife is pregnant and these men took advantage of her

I am a year old male who normally has his cyl Nissan Altima serviced at the Dealer for oil changesThe Dealer (Coulter Nissan) always puts in conventional oilOn April Greuliches advertised oil changes for $conventional oil and $for a synthetic oil change I went to Greuliches because they were close and was charged $49,for synthetic oil It made no sense to me because the Owners Manual clearly states a conventional oil can be used I asked why the synthetic oil and was advised their literature said synthetic oil was required I am a car guy with an engineering degree and retired from Caterpillar Inc with years of experience with diesel engines I was advised the synthetic oil will extend my oil change mileage period 20%I noted however they were charging me % plus for the additional 1,miles
I believe *** made a mistakeand tried to fool an old geyser On May 2, I sent a letter to the Scottsdale Office and have not received a reply A

I submitted my complaint to Greulich's corporate office Feb 14, by mail since I was unable to speak to anyone by phoneMy letter and documents were returned weeks later with "moved" written on the envelopeThe next address was in Fountain Hills AZ so I resent my letter and receipts to that addressAs of this point there still has not been a response from GreulichsI'm asking for a refund since I took my car to them times and the issue was not resolved other than them telling me to take it to the Jaguar dealer

I have gone into this business several times for repairs on my vehicleI Brought it in when the service engine light had come onThe code it was giving was for the ignition control module which I had Greulichs repair for around five hundred dollars less than a year priorSo when I brought it back becuase it was under warranty they informed me that it wasnt the ignition control module but the engine control module and that it would be dollars to repair itNot only that they would not return my calls for days and had my car that whole timeSo I told them that I was picking the car up, I didnt really trust their judgment at this pointSo I Bought an engine control module(just to see if maybe that was the problem) and ignition control module and had a friend repair the engine control module first and the service engine light still came onSo I told him to repair ignition control module and he did and it has been completely fine, it really was the ignition control moduleSo it

I took my GMC Terrain into this shop to be looked at on Tuesday because it was having some problemsThey called and told me it needed a new brake booster, master cylinder, brake line flush, front and rear pads and rotorsThey told me they had to replace all the pads and rotors because the pads were fused to the rotorsThey said they could start working on it and quoted me $2,for parts and laborFirst of all, I wouldn't have been able to drive it there if the pads were fused to the rotors so it sounded wrong so I said I would call them back and just ended up coming in to pick it upWhen I got there I told them I was picking up and that I would do the work myselfI was asked multiple times if I really knew how to do all that and I said yes and that I brought it there because it is my second vehicle and I didn't have time to fix it myself, but that it sounded like I needed to do it instead after talking to themThat's when they said "Ohhh there's quite a few other thing

They did perform the repairs they claimedThe ac is still not working

The 32nd St and Greenway location damaged my car, refused responsibility, and then told me to never come backHorrible service, and I am still having issues with the damage they caused

I got my AC fixed and had a complete replacement of the entire unit I paid over for it and am still paying it off After they replaced this they guaranteed it would fix my problem This got done right before winter so shortly after the fix I wasn't using the AC I then check it now to find it is not working again I brought it into another greulichs ( the one in MESA ) to check on why Now they say its another hose leak that is not " covered " under the warranty from the kit I got beforehand and need to pay another on top of the additional amount I am already paying ? They had tested the leak with dye before the fix and did not find this ? This should have been found the first time around when they were checking and been fixed when I asked for it the first time Not I am not sure if I need the 1000+ fix at all from beforehand

I needed my car towed yesterday (3/7/17) so called the number on Greulichs website and they quoted $plus $per mile Tow truck driver told me I was to pay at Greulichs It was towed to Greulichs (which is less than three miles away) and was called a couple hours later letting me know that there was a problem with the synchronization of the engine and that the car would need a new motor I was not going to buy a new engine for a Chrysler Sebring so told them I would have it picked up there at their store at 32nd and Greenway
I went in today to pay and they told me the total (without showing me an itemized receipt) I paid cash ($139.67) and was then handed the itemized receipt I noticed that instead of the $plus $per mile for towing (which would be $max), they had charged me $ I told them there was a mistake because the tow truck company ON THEIR WEBSITE told us it would be $ Michael Rudderow told me that I was misquoted; I should have been told $

I'm a senior & on a limited incomeI was talking with my friend, Bradley C***, about my car having no A/C & he was nice enough to fix it for me
So we took the car to the auto shop he uses (Greulich Auto Service, *** ** *** *** *** ** ***)Bradley bought the AC Compressor Kit for them to use; but told Mike the mechanic there to change the hose because my car is older (Buick LeSabre)
Mike said he checked the hose & it was good, but didn't say anything to Bradley about how if he brings in his own part (the compressor) that there would be NO warranty on itEven their business cards don't say it nor was it posted anywhere in their office anywhere to see!
This is a misrepresentation on their part & shady, as they are not being upfront & advertising their services truthfully; with hidden catches to their service!
Bradley paid $on 05/24/for the service the 1st timeI was driving my car shortly after I got it back & my A/C starte

I went to Greulich's back in February I got my AC compressor fixed They did tell me that I needed to possible get the drier replaced as well, fine Well I was told by Mike (says he's a store manager) that he would give me a day warranty on my compressor and if I ended up getting the drier and other parts needed that he would give me the lifetime warranty on it weeks later my air stops working, I go back and they tell me that the compressor is bad that they are going to replace it with a new one The bad news is they have to get it overnighted from California (this time its Friday) So they rig it to where it works for a few days Mike was going to be out of the office on Monday so I was supposed to drop it off and Aaron was going to take care of it Well, I haven't had time to take it back until today So when I drop it off, they act like they don't know what I am talking about and now are saying my compressor is good and now my drier needs to be replaced They had no n

I have had my car regularly serviced by Greulich's for over years Every single time they recommend service or replacement of parts, I have had the work done to maintain my car in pristine condition Last year I had several parts replaced for nearly $3000, and last month (June), I had about $worth of repairs done for my *** I always ask what is the next recommended service to maintain my vehicle, and I was told that everything in my car was good and only maintenance would be required for the next year or two Two weeks after receiving this last service, I was on the freeway when my timing belt broke and the car stopped running, destroying the engine and nearly killing me in the process I had it towed to a shop in Payson nearby, and when the mechanic there looked at the recommended scheduled maintenance, and the damage done, he informed me that the timing belt should have been replaced 10,miles ago at 60,miles past the last timing belt replacement, which
