Mr [redacted] purchased a Dodge Grand Caravan from us on 10/22/Atthe time of purchase the van had 45,miles thus qualifying it for a day 3,mile NYSwarrantyThis warranty only covers the engine and transmission, 100% of parts and laborThe vanwas brought to us several months and several thousand miles past the warranty coverage with a airconditioning complaintThe customer stated they never used the ale until thenKeep in mind thefall/winter of was one of the warmest on record, the van is black it's hard to believe the customer never used it until spring The problem was diagnosed as a bad rear evaporatorAt this time I contacted Mr [redacted] by phone and the agreement was madeHe thanked me for thehelp and was glad we worked with himWe agreed to split the cost of the repair 50/No other dealer would have even considered this, but we do business in a small town and want our customers satisfiedThe repair was done at [redacted] About a month later thecustomer left us a scathing Google review and now this Revdex.com complaint.We feel at this time we have done everything we can regarding this matter.Sincerely,David ***Sales ManagerBattenkill Motors

months and several thousand miles past the warranty coverage with a airconditioning complaint. The customer stated they never used the ale until then. Keep in mind thefall/winter of 2015 was one of the warmest on record, the van is black ... it's hard to believe the customer never used it until spring 2016. The problem was diagnosed as a bad rear evaporator. At this time I contacted Mr. [redacted] by phone and the agreement was made. He thanked me for thehelp and was glad we worked with him.
