Review: I placed ourder with company on May **, 2013. Today is July ** and I still have not received my product. I called the provided phone number and no answer and the voice mail is full. I also emailed the company several time with no response. I logged on to my account and my order status says unfulfilled but gives no futher informationDesired Settlement: Refund or product

Review: I ordered a product online from Barc Skincare. On July *, I received an order confirmation number and email from the company. (Jul *, 2013 at 4:26 PM Subject: Order confirmation for order #[redacted]). The item has not arrived but my credit card has been charged. I called the company several times and sent several emails. On one of the calls I made, I finally spoke to a woman who said they had recently changed warehouses which was causing the delay. She assured me the order would ship soon and she would refund my credit card for the inconvenience. It's now August ** and the item still has not arrived nor has my credit card been reimbursed. The company is totally unresponsive and I believe fraudulent.Desired Settlement: I want the company to ship the order, my credit card refunded and my information removed from their database. I do not want this company to have my credit card information on file.

Review: I ordered shaving cream from this company in February 2014 and my credit card was charged for the product on 2/**/2014. I received a confirmation e-mail from them that they had gotten my order and thanking me for my business. After a week I e-mailed them requesting more information on delivery of the product I ordered. I did not get a response. I also tried to call the phone number on my bank statement. This number is no longer in service. I searched on the internet for other contact information and every phone number I found is no longer in service. After more searching I found a post on the Barc [redacted] by someone who said they ordered product in July 2013 and they did not receive it. There was no response to this person from the company that I could see on [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like to see the website shut down so no one else will end up like me. I would also like to see anyone else who paid for a product and did not receive it to be reimbursed also.
