get it fixed in June, and we did not make it there. I told her one more week on the 30th, for we were too busy to fix it. These pop outs are common on driveways. There are no cracks, and this small pop out will not affect the life expectancy of the driveway at all. Often these pop outs are caused by plowing in the winter. There is no warranty on the contact signed by [redacted] for the work performed on the driveway. Because there is no warranty or replacement stated, there are no legal constitutions requiring us to fix this. It is still our intention to fix it for her, because we like to keep good customer relationships. Again this is a small pop out, most likely caused by a plow and a very cold and hard winter. This pop out does not affect the longevity of the driveway and is most likely not from our work. Again there were no guarantees or warranty's on the contract, and legally we are not liable to fix anything, especially a problem caused by a harsh winter and a snow plow service. We stand by our work, and the driveway is in great shape with no cracks. I understand she wants the pop out filled in, and I gave her no guarantees we would do it in June, just a promise we will try our best to get there. [redacted] had threatened us with legal proceedings, and hung up on the phone twice yesterday. I (Jake [redacted]) do not like to see people upset, and remain calm and appropriate in all conversations. Our owner works on the crew everyday, which is why he was unavailable to talk on the phone. I am the Vice President, and can make all decisions on my own. Again, this small pop out does not affect the driveways life expectancy, and there are no cracks anywhere that I could see. I also have a signed contract for the work, and the contract has NO warranties, and or no guarantees.
