Susan B did a great job presenting the options and then walking us through the process. There was absolutely no hard-sell. Everything was totally up to us to decide. Of course, the real review will be after the inevitable happens, but I won't be here to write that up.

Overall, this was an excellent experience preparing for something nobody likes to think about.

I am so very blessed that Jeff D was representing my husband's affairs. He is truly an asset to the company. His patience and understanding is of upmost importance and he was the best advocate that any one could hope for in my most saddened condition of my loved one. My concerns and questions were answered promptly and with the most considerate reply.
I think that Baldwin Brothers has a true asset , Jeff D working along side the company and putting the family first , If I didnt know better I would say he is the Baldwin family member in the company .

Grandmother passed 3wks ago, told cremation would happen within 48-72 hours, didn't happen til just yesterday.They now want to charge to send ashes.
My grandmother passed 3wks ago and we were given the timeline of 48-72 hours to have the cremation done. 1 week passed and my father called to see what the hold up was but never received any answers or even a call back. He kept calling and still no explanations or one call returned. Here we are 3 wks later and we are told that the cremation was just done YESTERDAY! This is not 48-72 hours, it's 3 wks later! And now they want to charge us $195 to have her ashes sent to her final resting place instead of eating that cost after having to deal with unnecessary nonsense and horrible customer service. No apologies, no explanations, no empathy or sympathy, they just want to take advantage of a grieving family and nickle and dime them without providing the services they say they will. This is UNACCEPTABLE. If you are going to quote a specific timeline to your customers or clients, then you need to abide by it or do whatever it takes to rectify the issue.
