August 1, 2016We clearly remember [redacted]' boat. It was a storage boat and had been ready for pickup or delivery formany weeks. When it finally left, the boat was fully charged having sathere for weeks with the full mooring cover on it keeping it pristinely clean.When [redacted] called and...

said the battery was dead, said it left here charged but offered that he could bring it to the marina and we would charge it. He said he had guests and did not have the time. Then he said the boat was dirty and there were food wrappers & apple crisp packages on the floor. I assured him that it left clean and we don't eat lunch in his boat. Perhaps some neighbor kids were in his boat. The conversation ended.[redacted] is the Captain of his boat and if he chose not to check his boat out in advance of having guests use his boat that was his prerogative. Also to purchase a battery to speed up the use of his boat instead of charging it is also his decision. Clearly his neglect to check out his boat before using it is very poor boatmanship.Bakker Marine, Inc.
