Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Mr [redacted] and I did correspond via text before he went to [redacted] last weekI have chose not to do the $ front door upgrade because of its leak potential just the new cabinet he agreed to build As far as the wheel kit goes I think Mr [redacted] offered that at no cost to me in his past remedy, which I agreed to, or correct me if I'm wrong The inspection at his location is out of the question the last cabinet was damaged on delivery, that' s why we're here nowPlus his text comments like " I want to resolve this peacefully"Why wouldn't we? Where did that come from? Not to mention all the negative text comments that we're about what he thinks of me I've got proof not a story it's all in the texts, [redacted] has made me somewhat uncomfortable with his comments and attitude Remedy: New Cabinet built to his fine standards that has made his company so good Wheel kit as offered, but total cabinet height cannot be over 68" tall on the wheel kit, with no modification of the cabinet he and I sent texts on this matter involving going under a drive on vehicle lift Deliver to my shop on a planned date, time and dry weather for acceptance and to have local law authorities here during set up Regards, [redacted] ***

[redacted] contacted me appox months ago in regards to a blasting cabinet I explained the models and he decided on a [redacted] and should have also had the prefix BVT for the Dust collector [redacted] said he was supplying his in house dust collectorI explained I rarely sell without dust collection and ask what port size he wanted he said inchWe built the blaster and coated to the color he requestedHe received April 4th and installedI never heard any issue till August 1st at 3;PMIn this email he explained he didn't like the way our product was setup and he modified the system to his liking His email below I would like to discuss a few things with youAnd also your last email made no sense at all as I have already purchased the discussed blaster from you about months ago and have had itThe quote you just emailed me back was for the exact machine you already have sent out.Besides the point I am not so satisfied and would like to know what you or your company will do for me as I have a few issuesOne being the airlines are very tiny and do not push a good amount of volume through as I have inch pipe coming right up to the blaster, and the 1/line you put on the machine is just way to smallAlso, the port on top of the window (in front of the machine) leaks/has media coming out of itFrom the time the blasting starts till it ends a have a great amount of media coming out of it and I highly doubt it is suppose to be like that Also, the window (as shown in th attached video) leaks horribly and is not properly sealedAt the end of every blast session I have to loosen and dust off all the excess media caught between the window and frameIt is not sealed at allI now have to somehow seal the windowThe ball valve on the bottom of the pot needs to be adjusted every time I run itI had a local sandblasting supply company come in because I have been having issues with your machine and they advised me that is the wrong valve to have at the bottom and I have replaced it with the correct valveI would like to know if you are willing to refund me some sort of money for these issues and because I now have to take money out of my pocket to fix them and replace items that were not the proper ones placed on your machineIf I do not receive some sort of customer refund I will be making a report which with all do respect is just business as I am an unsatisfied customerThank you and hope to hear from you soonAfter receiving this email I asked what items he needed as everything was covered asa warranty item He said he didn't need anything just wanted moneyI told him first off he wasn't authorized to modify this cabinet without first contacting me! He said after blasting there where a media leaks and I stated this cabinet is sealed with caulking and blasting can remove and told him I would supply it at no charge to reseal these leaksAlso said media was blowing from the front of the cabinet intake portI explained I have been building this intake design for over years and no issuesI also explained he ordered this cabinet less dust collector and if he had supplied the proper dust collection there is no way media can come out and the flow of intake air coming inward stops media from coming out of that portHe didn't want to hear this and again blew me offAll I got from him was threats and being rudeIn saying that I was business like and again asked the repair parts he neededAnd never got a reply for them other than he wanted cashAt this point I knew cash was the only thing he was looking forI heard nothing from him after this till the On Fri, Aug 12, at 1:PM, [redacted] After having repairs made and finishing the blaster setup to get it working at full potential my total was a little highWith the company who is a local blasting/equipment seller they had a service guy come fix errors and everything I was informing you of with the leaksFor the weld/reseal and service was $350, my pitch valve for the pot was $160, the front facing manifold/intake port was sealed solid as it was drafting air out along with media, charge for that was $to tuck and weld shutFinally the bottom air lines were swapped to 3/lines making the volume and pressure much better, those were $Now your machine is back to top notch working orderI can finally use it the way I was suppose toAfter dumping nearly six hundred and something back into it, I am hoping we can come to an agreementAfter speaking with my partner we are basically nothing guessing your not refunding anything nor want toMy offer and question is, are you able to send us 20ftof your direct pressure hose, some screens and also a larger nozzle than what is on the direct pressure hose nowIf so, then we are ok and I am content with everything as it happenedI am asking for these items as future replacement parts as I think its fair compared to the $6-- I spent in repairsLet me know what you think, thanksMy replyOn Aug 13, 2016, at 5:PM, BADBOY Blasters, Inc< [redacted] **ote:I have no issue sending these itemsI would have last week but you never askedAll I got was insults and threatsHard to resolve issues while that's going onDetail what your asking for Thanks Now it went from wanting parts and the blaster is working great to he wants $and if I don't he is leaving a nasty review and filing Revdex.com complaint I have been is business for years and only Revdex.com complaint and was resolve and was a happy customer I feel [redacted] is in money trouble and simply looking for cash If you need the emails back and forth I can supply I have emails to back everything im saying This model cabinet is my best seller in fact one TX customer has bought of them with the SAME setup except they went with our dust collectorI seriously doubt he would have bought two let alone I gave every effort to resolve this but the buyer changed BADBOY design without even contacting usThere are some customers who simply can't be pleased and [redacted] is one of themIf you need further emails to back up my claims I can forwardThanks [redacted] *** Aug at 5:PM

I have made every attempt to supply this gentlemen anytjing needed to realize the issueHe claims my feed hose is to small and I did a calculation of the footage of hose being used and I find it will relieve over cfmThere could be a flow issue in the selector I said many times I would send whatever was needed at no charge but he elected before he ever even called me to modifyAt this point there is nothing I can do as this cabinet has been modified and is no longer setup as it was soldI have sold over of this model alone and satisfied customersWhat more can I say or do In fact one customer has of them in [redacted] and he sold me another last week while I was at a showI work hard and respect my customer baseSimply list for words on this oneThanks

In reference to complaint [redacted] - our email was hacked in December & we received NO emails from that account at all for the entire month, that has since been correctedOur fax machine only sends faxes, it does not receiveThe parts that were sent were from an employee that was clearly incompetent, & they are no longer with the companyThe employees that are here were not aware that parts were not receivedWe have had no calls the past months from [redacted] so nothing has been sent as suchWe will send out the items overnighted today & are doubling the order at no charge [redacted] Thank you

3/6/11:am, Revdex.com spoke with the consumer, he stated he received part, it is still wrong, he said he is done with themRevdex.com offered to go back to the company with this new information, he said he is just done with it, from the initial order the company got it wrong, so he feels that is what the company will say, is that the part that was shipped is the part on the order, consumer said that is what the company doesn't understand He said he has cut his own glass and he does not want to go further [redacted]
