In response to this complaint yes we did build the house and had a sub contractor do the sheetrock workOne large problem is they installed semi-gloss paint on all walls witch does magnify any sheetrock imperfections witch are minimalWe along with the sub contractor who did the sheetrock work offered to come in and do touch up repair to anything they wanted touched up or featherd out and they would not let us do it will be hard to fix something they consider a problem when they will not let us come in and fix itSo they continued to complain on this matter witch is not very noticeable the only truly bad area is the paint job on the ceiling witch they did themselves after they fired the professional painterSo I offered to have them hire whoever they want to do touch up work in the house and also hire a painter to re-paint entire house and I would pay them back the total amount of those bills but I will not hire them because they can come back at me if they don't like the work these people didSo they finally agreed to this witch we wrote and signed a contract to do this between us and [redacted] the home ownersAfter they started the work in of the bedrooms [redacted] informed me that he is refusing to pay these people direct as was agreed to and signed so I sent him a notice of contract breech and went ahead and paid both the sheetrock guys and the painters direct for those rooms with was a total of $5,because I did not feel it was right just not to pay them but at this point I will not go any farther do to the fact that they are very unreasonable and have broke the contractThis is far from the first unreasonable complaintAlmost all of the people that worked on this project they have complained about We have tried multiple times to make them happy and offered a lot of money to make them happy but we now realize we just will not be able to do so
