Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The issues that I have and reported were not covered or mentioned in the response email from Dealer One Auto credit of Oklahoma City The response that they sent was completely false The car payment was not behind and a half payments , their computer system did not record the payments correctly They refuse to address it and I have the documents to prove it I have had full coverage on the vehicle from day one and still have full coverage on this vehicle as we speak today Once again I have the proof of it I'm asking thst the Manager or owners of Dealer One Auto credit of Oklahoma City, Truthfully, address the issues that were brought to their attention on several occasionsPlease address the issues that were in the initial complaint Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: we do not decline that the account was behind and it got repossessed, the point is we were told we could pay the past due balance between of dollars and get our car back if we did it within ten days, and two days later were told we needed to pay over 6,dollarsThat doesn't sound right to me whether the business thinks we were being disruptive or not if you tell someone one thing you can't change your mind two days later after you have made an agreement Sincerely, [redacted] ***

The vehicle was in graet working condition, sold
as-isThe customers looked at the vehicle, at least times, before finishing
up the deal as well as test drove itThe customers were advised of any and all
options avaliable to them before completeing the purchase, for example
scheduling an
inspection with the mechanic of their choice, as we tell every
customerThe customers called the dealership and insinuated that the vehicle
had regular unleaded gas pumped in itHad that been the case, it being a deisel fule vehicle, it would not have been running at the time of the test
driveWe believe the customers may have inadvertently used regular unleaded gasoline instead of the
designated required desiel fule, our personnel is far too experienced to have pumped regular unleaded fule

I am a mechanic first of all. The transmission did not present any issues when we test drove it. It was only after we had driven the vehicle 45 miles that the transmission had shown the problems. It was an intermittent...

problem which is difficult to diagnose. I decided to take the truck to a repair shop that I trusted and had a better facility to diagnose the problem. The test drive was not "extensive" and did not involve highway driving and intermittent problems may not present themselves. Furthermore I would be satisfied with reimbursement for the transmission repair. The other items repaired were needed but not the major issue. I am more than willing to go to the media with this. The vehicle is solid as a whole but when you spend upwards of $8000 dollars on a vehicle you expect it to not need a transmission 45 miles after you buy it.

The account in question was past due for two(2)
payments and a partial payment, when thevehicle was repossessed. The customer recieved calls on
11/17/17,then agian on 12/2/17, and again on 12/5/17, and again on 12/6/17 and
customers vm was full,and again on 12/16/17.

periodic Notices sent to theaddress provided to us by
then. As well as phone calls to try to make arrangments fortheir late payments. The customer failed to privide
us with proof of full coverage insurance, aswell as failing to transfer the ownership of said vehicle.
The dealer discovered the vehicle hadbeen driven the entier time with out having any
valid insurance and with out having brought thetags and title into their
name. The account was repossessed due to late payments.

We would like to 
point out Mr. [redacted]  was not our
first and only customer  interested  in such a truck. Previously, an interested
buyer had it inspected by his mechanic. The truck did not present any problems
pertaining to the transmission. Since the inspection checked...

out, the , interested party
went on to go do their paperwork at their bank. On the same day M . [redacted]
purchased the vehilce and drove it to his home in Amarillo, TX. At the time Mr. [redacted] purchased
the vehicle it was not raining in Oklahoma City .Mr. [redacted] drove the truck back to his home in Amarillo,
TX, and drove it around for about 2 weeks before the dealer even got a call
about any complaints regarding this vehicle. When Mr. [redacted] purchased this
vehicle he performed an extensive test drive, since he is not from around this
area, he drove it on city streets and highway, and then drove the vehicle a
couple hundred miles home to Amarillo, TX. The dealer advised Mr.  [redacted] of the warranties avaliable to him,
since the vehicle was being offered up for sale in an AS IS state and with out
any mechanical problems. And we are pleased to say M r. [redacted] was very
satisfied with his purchase  when he left
the dealer.In all our years of practicing our business trade we find
it difficult to understand, other than towing or hauling something incorectly,
how this vehicle managed  a bad
traosmission.  With all that being said, we
are baffled.
