Review: I hired B & BF Construction to install a stamped concrete patio, extend the width of our driveway, and a concrete basketball court. Within 24 hours of install there was a noticeable crack in the stamped concrete as well as several chips throughout. When we asked about the crack Mr. [redacted] said "oh, that will be fine. It's just a surface crack.." It is not a surface crack and in fact has grown. When I asked him to repair it he stated "your wife should get a job and stop worrying about the crack, she needs something to take that off her mind..." He has done work for several of my relatives and has never followed up on his work including promising to come out and re-seal their patios. He is never heard from again.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the work and compensated for the product/work that I have had to do myself to repair the crack. Estimated: $500

In July of this year he poured a basketball court, patio and added 2 feet on each side of driveway. The right side of the drive cracked. Since that time he had been back on 3 occasions about the same issue – each time advising he would repair when he has a truck in the area. He was there again today and spoke with Mrs. [redacted] who agreed he could repair it in the spring.
