Review: I went to B&B Yamaha on April 27th to drop off a motorcycle that I wanted to get an estimate to see if they could tell me what was wrong with my motorcycle. When I drop the motorcycle off I was told by the service manager that I needed to pay a $100.00 for the service fee, just for them to look at the motorcycle and which I paid. I also told them that I would pay to get everything fixed if the expense wasn’t too much then I would purchase a new one. They told me that it would be a week for them to look at the motorcycle, so I waited a week I did not hear anything from them so I called them on Tuesday May 7th, they said that they would call me back, which they didn’t, I called them on May 9th which they told me that the service manager wants to speak to me, once he got on the phone he said how can I help you? I said I don’t know they said you wanted to speak to me, he says oh yeah well we did not look at your bike since there would be too much work and we don’t have the time, I replied are you kidding me so you’re telling me that you had my motorcycle for 2 weeks and I paid you $100.00 up front so you could look and give me an estimate and you did not even call me, the service manager replied saying that we are sorry and should of told you up front that day, that we weren’t going to have time to even look at the motorcycle, He informed me that he returned my phone call from may 7th, which he lied about calling and that when I told the service manager that it’s not right to lie to a customer and which all I wanted was an estimate to see how much my motorcycle would cost and to see what was wrong with it, but since they refuse to even look at my motorcycle and said they are too busy that I would never come back and let everyone know what happened, the service manager said that they would drop my motorcycle off where I live and give me the $100.00 back. Which they had for almost two weeks. I told him that they would dropped my motorcycle off on my time not there’s. They should have told me that they didn’t have time if they weren’t going to look at my motorcycle. They just didn’t have time since it is the season now. so that’s when I asked for his general manager, which he told me that he wasn’t there that he would have his general manager call me back. Something needs to be done with this company; you do not refuse a customer just because you are too busy.Desired Settlement: I want everyone to know that they are not a good company and to make sure that they don't ever do this to someone else; I really wanted to get my motorcycle fixed so I could enjoy it. Now I have to find somewhere else that isn’t too busy to give me an estimate and they won't waste my time and that is respectful with their customers. What they should do is give me a credit of $400.00 for the waste of my time and the expense to fine somewhere else.

No they have not. I am still waiting to hear from there GM. But I also want to look around to see if they will drop my bike off at another service station. Might as well have them do it since they are Incapable of fixing my bike.
