B & B Recovery

I had a car that was suppose to be repossessed. The car is a Malibu 2010. Well I purchased a Malibu 2012 looks similiar to the one I had. I went to work on Mon. Feb. 18, 13 gotten off came home took shower ready for bed to go to work in the morning. Well when my Fiancee woke up he discovered the car we drive was gone. I have Onstar on my 2012 Malibu I called them and they just stated that the car was repossessed. It was the wrong car to be possessed. They Repo Man [redacted]. with B&B Recovery location 1380 W. Broad Street Columbus, Ohio 43222. They should have checked the VIN number instead of going by tagson car. I transfered my tags over on 1/5/2013 to my new care with the BMV. I had to find someone to take my fiancee to work and then I couldn't get to work for Franklin County until 11 am. Please the next time you repo a car make sure you check the VIN number in the car. I would not want to see anyone go through this horrible stiuation.
