pool company installed water heater for pool 4 years ago. Every year the heater failed to start. Had to have them come out and get it working. They did this for 3 years.
Company just changed ownership and precious owner would do the service at no charge Now on the 4 th year they want to charge and are demanding payment up front. refuse to make the system right as it should have been from start. Instead of correcting an issue the first 3 times with the equipment they recommended and installed
Now claim it is a warranty issue that is now out of date
Really great company to deal with. Would consider twice before using them for any service.
