This letter is in response to the above complaintYes, they placed the order on 8/12/as stated and at that time I was swamped with small wedding trap orders to build and finish with oil base paint, which with all the high heat & humidity of
this past summer were simply NOT DRYINGOur new lobster buoys, which the customer is complaining about are also done with oil base paints and were not drying eitherI am a one person operation and a whole summer with these conditions put my orders way behind and this was explained to the customer when they called on 8/30/@ 1:48pmI explained to her that the wedding traps took first priority and their buoys would be done in 2-more weeksThe customer seemed fine with that and I shot them over an email on 9/19/@ 2:pm, as follows:

I had no response back from them since the sending of the email and the buoys shipped out Fedex ground to them on Friday, September 21, as was stated in the email I sent to them previouslyFedex info shown belowThis whole summer has been a nightmare for getting orders out due to – 100% humidityWe have always taken great pride in our products and if the buoys are painted in these weather conditions they end up being wicked dull and leave a white film in the paint (which is the water in the air)Most people understand this and are more then happy to wait in order to have them done correctly!!! They will receive their lobster buoys on September 26,

We would like your help resolving this issue, or asking for a full refund.
