Review: When I bought this car in December of 2012 the business said that the head gaskets would be fixed fuel pump and any other issues found would be fixed before I purchased the car and said that in front of my dad and I. I have been having problems since I bough the car. It Started for about three months since the purchase date going to have my check engine light checked and it turned out to be a leak in my exhaust system. I have been going their for three months since the purchase date. They said their was no problem so finally they fixed it and charged me for it. I have all the receipt and everything for fixing my car that should of been fixed for no charge.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a refund of the total for the car and the total of what I had paid in repairs for this car which is a lemon

Consumer check engine light came on once and it was taken care of

mis-fire, tune up at no charge. The consumers check engine light came

on again after being rear ended in an auto accident and breaking the

exhaust. The exhaust repair and check engine light was charged to the

consumer at that point. A few months later the consumer came back for

additional maintenance repairs and he was charged for those as well.

The consumer was given a loaner vehicle once and otherwise was

transported back and forth when repairs occurred. The business had no

idea how unhappy the consumer was as he covered things outside warranty

for him. The consumer had a 6 month/ 6000 mile warranty through ACS

(nationwide warranty company); this vehicle was sold with 139, 000

miles on it.

The company will not be refunding the purchase price of this vehicle.

This was my first experience buying a vehicle, at first everyone seemed very helpful, after [redacted] sold me on the sale of a gmc yukon everything changed. When buying this vehicle I was told it was in great condition that it only had one owner & that b & b garage kept up on all the maintenance. Everything seemed fine with the vehicle during the test drive. The day I brought it home as soon as I parked it in my driveway I smelled something weird, immediately called corey & broughy it back, ended up needing a new water pump. Thought it was weird that they had not known this since I was told it was maintenanced by them, but was happy it was fixed so I let it go. A day later the vehicle started acting funny & check engine light came on, immediately called corey, from that moment on I got the run around. Kept being told I would get a call back, never did, kept getting told that the shop was really busy it would be a while before they could look at my vehicle etc. Then the break lines went, I called immediately and demanded something be done, at this point I spoke to James, he apologized for all the run around I was given & came & picked up the vehicle the next day, there were so many things wrong with my vehicle that it took 3 weeks to get my car back, & then corey tried to make it seem like a deal saying "we're saving you cause we can't put a claim in on your warranty being all these problems existed before you bought the car" 2 days after receiving my vehicle back check engine light comes back on, took it back today to see what's wrong with it now & get it fixed as well as inspected, [redacted] yet again gave me the run around and told me that "if you can get those codes to go away I can inspect it for you" nothing about helping me fix the issue etc. this has been such a horrible experience for me & hope that I can help someone from making the same mistake I made & buy a vehicle from this place!

Review: I bought my 2000 Honda crv ,I do not have good credit so I was very grateful when they got me approved. They meaning [redacted] he was the salesperson.I picked my car on a Thursday ,jan 22nd.I traded my 1997 ford crown Victoria,which still had belongings in it. I was suppose to bring the car back on Tuesday for them to replace a new hatchback that was on its way,supposedly. After driving it for 3 days I had other issues about it that I asked to be addressed. Sharp turns was making a terrible sound,a vent under passanger side dash was stuck open and was blowing freezing cold air constantly. My passenger door lock does not work well,you cant open it half the time ony through the window. the belongings in my car,which [redacted] said "don't worry about it ,it was going no where and I could pick it up on the Tuesday. So on Tuesday the 28th I called to find out what time I should come in? well no part was what [redacted] said.I will check on it and get back to you.My reply was what about the other issues I told you about,he said don't worry they will address all of the isues when part comes.So I continued to call 2 -3 every week..I was being told lies,no doubt of that.Over and over again. So last week Monday I believe I called yet again ,same response no part.So I informed [redacted] at that time that I had a fair and would be coming to get stuff out of car,[redacted] reply was well we hauled it way up back.I told him I should have been informed before that ever happened concidering I had been waiting weeks for a part and to get my other issues at least looked at. I said well my 30 days are going to be run out. [redacted] replies don't worry about that., And his response to getting stuff out of my car was you better wear snow pants its deep snow up there.No help was offered ,no parts, no return phones nothing.And [redacted] made a statement to me that day also was well I didn't take an inventory of the contents. Strange response if you ask me.

I call yesterday feb.24 and same reply I will find out where the parts are,exactly the same thing as I have been told over and over.

Also my account is set up so they take direct payments . It was due on the 22 and it still hasn't been taken out..I think Mr.[redacted] is being very shady.Something is absolutely not right.Im getting no where on my own.I When I went to [redacted] to begin with he knew I was in a desperate situation.I was so thankful but now realize that I am being taken advantage of .Im not sure what im asking for a settlement,but certainly need done what was suppose to get done to begin with.If that cant happen I would like to know how I can get out of this deal with them get a vehicle elsewhere. Im not going to let this go.Desired Settlement: I would the owner to know what has been going on and I want an extra length of warranty time. Simply because of being ignored for the first 30 days and beyond. I waited till now 2pm ,Tuesday the 25th day of feb. [redacted] told me yet again yesterday he was looking into and would get back to me, that was 8:30am feb 24th. Please if nothing else tell me what else I can do.Sincerly ,[redacted]
