I had a very bad experience with this business. [redacted] did a job for me. He added a room to my house and built cabinets for me. The roof on this room started leaking 6 months after the job was finished. Also the windows.I did not hire the contractor [redacted] did. When I got in touch with his company nothing was ever done. [redacted] came out to check the windows,it was not even their job or responsibility. I was sent there to pick out the windows. They fixed the windows free of charge. The roof was never fixed. I even tried to turn the roof over to home owners insurance was told it was not installed right. I have continiously called B&B cabinets&Trim with no results.[redacted] tells me he will come and look at the roof and never comes and then stops answering my calls.We have had to replace the door and the floor in front of the door.The carpenter who fixed that told us that there was not enough support put under that room and we will have to have that fixed in the future.
