I needed a railing installed in my condo, the owner Beau came in with a man named Gary and measured the spaceHe asked for a deposit and wouldn't even discuss an opening time to come in and install until he had the deposit, after giving it to him everything was scheduled two weeks outWe set up a time for them to come to install and they were an hour lateTurned out their measurements were wrong so they needed to schedule a time to come back and re weld a couple areas and install the hand railThe time they were supposed to come back they were again about an hour lateThere were never any phone calls telling me that they would be lateI let them know it cost me money when they were late as I could've worked longer, they smirked and didn't careThey welded a section of the railing that night but weren't able to finish and made another time to come backThe third time, they were two hours lateNo apology or anything and the owner Beau was completely bothered that I called him to ask where they wereHe told me that he was with his kids and didn't have time to deal with itThe welder got here and half way through, ran out of gas and again was unable to finishThe FOURTH time coming over, they were a half an hour late and told me flat out that I wasn't their "bread and butter" and the other jobs they were doing paid more and I wasn't their priorityI e-mailed the company and Beau's wife Rebecca got back to me a couple days later apologizing and saying it shouldn't ever have been my responsibility to contact the vendorsI told her it was because her husband wouldn't do itShe was rude and condescending and belittled the situation and told me there was nothing they would doThe installers spray painted my floor and wall and didn't cover anything up until I yelled at them that the sparks from the weld were flying everywhereI would strongly advise everyone to seek out another companyThis was one of the worst experiences I've hadThey told me that customer satisfaction was 100% their priority however their actions and condescending nature shows something else
