Returned wrong parts 9/15/2014, been waiting since for replacemnts. I purchased two parts for my 2000 [redacted]e from BandB Parts on 8/18/2014. I returned the parts for exchange on 9/15/2014 because I was given the wrong parts. I have been waiting on these parts for nearly a month now. I've been told lie, after excuse, after blatant lie as to why this part hasn't been returned. I've been told the part was there, twice I've driven from Arlington, TN to Frayser, only to be sent back home empty handed. I've been told everything from it's sitting in front of me...ready for pick up to we don't even have a car here that's compatible with my car??? Not to mention I was overcharged more for this part from BandB than all the other competitors.. when I took back the original parts purchased that were the wrong parts, they (B and B) told me to leave the old/wrong parts and they kept the parts, so I'm out the money and the parts, $109.00 and NO parts they got out of me and no return. In the process of tryn to get this car back together, it's cost me more money than I can afford in my budget to get to and from, in addition, I am now having to purchase a new radiator as while attempting to replace part with wrong part caused more damage to radiator. I just want the correct part I paid for or I'd be happy to get a cash refund. I DO NOT want a part from a car that's supposedly "compatible", it must be the same year, Make and Model. Im poor, I had to save to buy these parts for my old, only car, I just need this resolved as soon as possible, it's been three weeks in waiting for a solution. Please, please help me resolve this ongoing, unfair problem with B and B Recycled Parts and they're unprofessional business practices. Thank you in advance for your attention and assistance. Store credit would be perfect and acceptable. I don't need the parts now, as I'm on my to buy correct parts. Purchased a transmission from B and B, when the transmission was in stalled it would not shift and gave fault codes of [redacted] is internal failure. We have been waiting since October 27 for our vehicle to be repaired. the original problem was the torque converter failed on our old transmission. We want our vehicle returned in working order or a refund and the return of our old transmission. B and B is not telling us there is an electrical issue with our van, there was not issue with our van prior to the transmission error.Desired SettlementWe just want a working vehicle. Replace the transmission or refund our money and return our old transmission with for the core charge. Business Response Based on a conversation the Revdex.com had with the company, Mr. [redacted] states that the consumer, Mr. [redacted]'s vehicle has electrical concerns that his company cannot address. Mr. [redacted] states that he has advised Mr. [redacted]; however Mr. [redacted]'s vehicle remains at the company's shop. Mr. [redacted] would like the consumer, Mr. [redacted] to pick up his car without charge.

On 12/19/2015 I [redacted] obtained and purchased a 3800 series2 V6 engine for a 2003 Pontiac Bonneville and on 12/20/2015 I [redacted] put the engine in my vehicle,after hooking everything up my car wouldn't start or turn over so I call the company that I obtained the engine from and they don't over [redacted] to inspect my engine and after inspecting it our conclusion was that they loaded the wrong engine on my truck and the engine was also locked up so I was told to come back to the company and obtain another engine so I [redacted] did just that and after obtaining the second engine on 12/21/2015 I [redacted] put the engine in and my car still wouldn't crank up or turn over soiI carefully inspected it and my conclusion was that all of my wires wasn't connecting to the engine so I called the company back again and they ask me who was my machanic I [redacted] stated that I was my machanic so they said that they would send somebody over to look at it so its been three days and no one has showed up and I can't get my money back because they don't do refunds.so I'm stuck with two motors that doesn't go to my vehicle.Product_Or_Service: 3800 series2 engineAccount_Number: XXXXXXDesired SettlementI [redacted] want justice,fairness,my money back or the proper working engine to my vehicle.Business Response Based on a conversation the company had with the Revdex.com, Mr. [redacted] stated that on December 28, 2015, the consumer, Mr. [redacted] agreed to pay the company's mechanic to properly install the engine.
